| said: Me and my boyfriend rented an apartment at Yucca Park for a week through a friend of a friend.
We were made up with the apartment, very clean, stylish and a fan which was much needed with the weather being so hot!
Kirk at the pool bar was lovely and instantly made us feel welcome. His full english breakfast was spot on! And the drinks etc were very reasonably priced.
The pools were very clean and there were plenty of sun loungers available. The pool area itself is very quiet...just what we like!
We will definitely be staying here again in the near future :)

| said: We booked Yucca Park through Owners Direct.
The complex was attractive and clean. Kirk who runs the Restaurant, was very helpful regarding places to visit etc. Our apartment was lovely, unfortunately it was rather noisy due to the refurbishment next door, we contacted the owners and the same day were moved to their other property across the complex.
We did find some of the Reception staff unable to understand our requests and questions.
Would not visit again, only because there are so many other Countries and Islands I have not been to.

| said: We stayed in Yucca park while we looked for an apartment to buy in Tenerife for 4 days, we liked it that much we ended up buying one here. It is Ex time share but now all privetly owned so no pushy sales men anymore. It was extreamly clean with all the cooking facilities you need, lovely private sun terrace with sun all day and comfy loungers and you walk straight out of your room onto the pools and sun bathing area with plentyfull loungers out there too. Sky TV, DVD player and misic stystm. Cooling fans in the room all the little home conforts. There is a lovely bar and restaurant serving snaks all day. There is a supermarket on site too - everything you need. The location is excellent - shops bars and restaurants are just 2 minutes walk away or you can walk into Las Americas in about 15-20 mins. There is a taxi rank right outside the apartments, for a few euros you can get into theheart of Las Americas in 2 mins.

| said: we stayed here again! as we have owned a timeshare here for a few years now and cannot fault the apartments or location - it is only a two minute walk from a blue flag beach with lifeguards or the complex has three lovely swimming pools also attended by a lifeguard from 11 to 6 everyday!
we have now bought an apartment here which will sleep 5 and will be renting it out

| said: We syayed for 1 week in the Yucca Park Apartments. Maid service everyday, it had a small but friendly pool with friendly bar staff.
The downside is it is a timeshare which was not explained until after we had paid. When I did not sign the form to go to the promotion meeting I was told I would not recieve my flight tickets.
We were met by an aggressive salesman, but refused to be intmidated and left after 30 mins. Be warned.

| said: The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The pool and pool area and grounds were superbly clean and very pleasant to spend the days by the pool.
Only let down was that the appartments are now showing signs of wear and tear and ours was grubby with surfaces in the kitchen area we were reluctant to put food onto which tended to let the whole package down. Also furniture was shabby with tears and rips. This did not detract too much from a pleasant stay.
The location is just right nice and quiet and within easy reach of all amenities and plenty of eating places.

| said: The actual apartments were great apart from the location as I am only 19 and was looking for a bit more night life. However it would be ideal for family with small children or older couples looking for a quiet holiday. It is in a lovely location and staff were helpful.
The only problem that we had was with the company that we booked with. Where we had a deal to attend a meeting on time shares (not with the hotel). This was extremely intimidating and concluded with my parents feeling extremely threatened and leaving the apartments early. I would advice anyone going to these apartments to not agree to attending any meetings of the sort and just enjoy the holiday.

| said: Stayed here after being let down by travel company 2 wks before we left...& what a stroke of luck!!
Close to clean beach, great restaurants, entertainment, shops & safe enough to leave older children with new friends. Staff without exception were Fantastic. Only thing to spoil it a little was people claiming sunbeds/parasols all day and not use them.
Could do with occasional entertainment.
We Would Return here.

| said: I returned yesterday from a week staying at Yukka. I found the hotel staff to be extreamly friendly and helpful.
I agree with the review which states the cooking facilties were ample.. not that we ate in as the restuarants and bars were cheap to eat out every night.
The actual location was perfect.. close enough to the shops, bars and beaches but not right in the centre so a good nights sleep could be had.
The pool was being renovated, which only left the small pool free to sun bath around and swim in, but the working area was always clean an tidy.
Only thing lacking is a hotel bar and entertainment in the evening.
I would def return... I am now looking to see what deal I can get on a timeshare there.

| said: Sorry to disagree, just returned from spending Christmas and New Year at the Yukka Park went on the 24th December came back on 7th January.
The Yukka Park was excellent, for self catering apartments we thought they were very well equipped, cooker with full size oven and 4 rings, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, full set of pots, pans, utensils, etc, Iron, Ironing board plus the normal stuff. Although we did eat out every night it would have been easy to cook a full meal.
The apartments were spotlessly clean, and the staff were exceedingly helpful and very polite.
My only real criticism of the Yukka Park is with some of the British tourists that stayed there at the same time as ourselves, an inconsiderate lot, towels out on sunbeds at 8 am still there at 5 pm but sunbeds had not been used and also a total lack of consideration for others when arriving back at their apartments at night, slamming doors, arguing out aloud, screaming at kids at full volume, you know what I mean that typical yobbish behaviour you get from some British, frankly I felt ashamed to be British.

| said: Yukka Park is in a fairly central location, but nicely away from too many bars. It's about 20-30 mins from the South Airport. A short stroll gets you into the shops and bars. Yukka is set between Las Americas and newer, plusher developments just up the coast. The Staff were helpful, and the complex is centered around a pool (not heated as far as I know) which does for the odd dip. All the apartments look in on the pool and were in the process of being repainted - they needed it! Our apartment also needed a makeover inside but I don't know about any others. Self catering utensils etc were very minimal, but to be honest we ate out all the time. There was no on site entertainment as such, but there was a couple of squash courts and signs suggesting Massages available. Sunbeds are available from 9am-6pm
