I can not fault this hotel.

We didn't pay alot of money for the hotel and we got exactly what we paid for. If people want 4 star food then go to a four star hotel.

The hotel was very clean and if you request for extra towels etc then the cleaners will happily give you more than normal.

The location is good. Not to far away from the clubs but far enough that you get a good nights sleep.

The enertainment isn't the best I have seen. However who goes to Tenerife and sits in the hotel all night.

I would go back to this hotel again. Great price.

Our stay at Udalla Park was the worst holiday yet, I spent more time on the loo than in the pool which I think was due to the poor standard of food.

The bar always smelt of vomit so we rarely stayed within the hotel grounds although we did have a lovely terrace.

I don't think that it makes up for the standard of the room which was a health hazard with the wires hanging out and the mould on the fridge. We paid a fair price for this holiday, so the hotel should have been of a better standard

The location was ok and the room was clean.

The food was absolutely horrible if anybody has booked to stay here or wants to stay here I would recommend self catering.

The breakfast consisted of beef burger and cold chips , ate out every day

This hotel location was ok it was a 20min walk into the center of Las Americas. The hotel was satisfactory for the cleanless.

The hotel food was really bad I wouldnt feed it to my dog the food was cold and it was the same thing everynight I think this hotel caters for Germans, Italians wouldnt go back if it was free.

The food was awful I have never seen red peppers served for breakfast up until now, everything was cold and after trying two or three times we ate out for all meals.

The Hotel was general clean but maid service was infrequent. The rooms were clean with sheets change once during our stay and towels change twice.

The rooms had no air conditioning or ceiling fan and therefore the heat was intolerable. Unfortunately for our party the rooms faced a very busy road so opening the balcony door was impossible because of road noise, bottle banks, rubbish empty at 2 a.m. every morning.

There was also the yelling and screaming of drunks coming home from clubs. I have never in all the time I have been travelling abroad come home more tired than when I went.

This hotel is not seriously bad but rather the opposite. I had a wonderful time here. There are new caterers in and the food is lovely.

The hotel was very clean and the maids came regularly. The location is good. Great beach near by and I could walk to Veronicas in about 15 minutes.

The staff were just fantastic what a great bunch of people. They try very hard with the entertainment and take pride in their hotel. I would return as I got this hotel at a good price and it surpassed my expectations.

Great place to stay!

My friend and I stayed in the Udella Park over new year 2004/05. This hotel is seriously awful.

The bed linen was grubby and torn, the rooms were very basic and when we had a shower the water was always cold.

The food was so bad that we ate out most of the time. We were All Inclusive but this stopped at 11.00 pm and on the day we were leaving stopped at 12.00 although we did not arrive until 10.00 at night and only had one hour the first day,

This is a really poor hotel and I would not advise anyone to go there,

The Udalla Park Aparthotel is absolutely awful, the food left a lot to be desired ! After years in her majesty's forces I thought I could eat anything, but certainly not the food in Udalla Park. In the end we all ate out.

We booked all inclusive, however that means you can only get drinks up until 11pm, there after you pay for you drinks like everybody else.... maybe not so inclusive !

On our last day, we were informed that we could not get free drinks after 12pm as our fully inclusive ended there, albeit that we didn't arrive until 10pm on our first day !

The rooms were supposed to have room service 3 times a week, this turned out to be just twice in the week.
The entertainment was just dire...... it may have entertained kids up to the age of 12, but there after it was just awful, but of course if you were over 65, there was always bingo to look forward to !!!

The hotel is badly in need of a face lift, it obviously hasn't had any money spent on the up keep of it in many a year.

Overall, I do not rate this hotel in anyway and found nobody that i spoke to who thought it was any good.
Word of advice.... do not use this hotel unless you are already sleeping on the streets, there are lots of good hotels in Tenerife and THIS ISN'T ONE OF THEM !!!
You have been warned.

I think the food could have been a lot better. There wasn’t much variety at all and it seemed to be the same food day in, day out.

We arrived at 12 noon and were kept waiting till 1630 till our rooms were done.

The floors of our room were very dirty, but the cockroaches that lived in the bathroom with us seemed happy!

We went on a budget holiday for two weeks and we got what we paid for. The hotel was clean and we never saw a cockroach whilst we where there.

The food was served buffet style with plenty of choice to satisfy anyone except those who expect 5 star for 3 star money.

The hotel was quiet with quite a few older people as guests. There are quite a large number of Spanish people using this hotel.

Location is excellant 10 min walk to the sea front and all the nightlife. The area around the hotel is quiet with a good selection of bars and restaurants mainly Italian.

The entertainment at the hotel is limited but Peter the guy in charge does a excellent job, he kept our handicapped daughter happy on many occasions and the other staff were more than helpful.

The pool is large enough with recliners always available it was never crowded.

This hotel is really two apartment blocks but makes a good base for any one on a budget holiday we would use it again

To begin with, all of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful at all times and no complaints can be made about this whatsoever.

The location of the hotel is good, only 800 metre walk to the nearest beach, which is a nice beach. HOWEVER. . .

THE ROOM:
1. The floors were dirty with sand and long dark hair lying on the floor when we first walked in, even after the rooms had been apparently cleaned, the floors were still dirty,

2. The bedding was grubby, old and often had tears in it, the blankets were grubby and very old, and not all of the bedding was changed during cleaning, the same pillow cases were left on all week.

3. Upon our arrival, the toilet seat in our hotel room had a large crack right through it, meaning you could not sit on it without potentially pinching your thigh in it, we had to make special demands to have it repaired - I am surprised that the hotel does not have a system for regularly maintaining their rooms.

4. The public areas, outdoor sitting & pool area were very dirty and even after the cleaning staff had been through, were not cleaned properly - (eg. cigarette buts in the umbrella stand base)

5. From 11 am onwards there was constant (often irritating) music being played from large loud speakers. This music did not stop until midnight everyday, so even if you did wish to relax in some peace & quiet, you could not until midnight.

6. The entertainment was variable, on some nights it was of quite a good quality and worth sticking around for, other days it was clearly the cheapest entertainer that they could afford to bring in.

7. The food was the worst of all. Dinner was lunch re-heated, as was often the lunch & dinner the following day. The bread & rolls at all meal times, was always stale and rock-hard. Breakfast meats were re-used too many days in row, until they took on a sour taste (gone off). Although the hotel suggested they would put on special dinners, this did not happen, it was always the same food - very British in style - red meat, over cooked salmon and over cooked vegetables, and a salad bar that was slowly drying out. Although we had paid for all-inclusive, we stopped eating at the hotel and went to other restaurants for delicious freshly cooked food.

This may only be a 3 star hotel, but I have stayed in several 1 star establishments that were much nicer, so I do not believe that claiming only to be 3 star excuses, this lack cleanliness or service. Other even cheaper accommodation exists on Tenerife, that has far higher standards than this place.

I would never visit this establishment again, nor would I recommend anyone else too, unless they are certain that the hotel's standards have changed. It is such a shame, because the place does have potential, and the staff are so friendly.

I didn't mind this hotel at all. The only disapointing thing about it was the food. We was half board & the food was the same every night. The hotel was very clean though. Maids came in every day. Hotel staff were very friendly & could speak really good English which helped alot. The hotel location was about a 15 minute walk to the main part of Las Americas which we walked every night & then got a taxi back which only cost about 3 euros. The hotel rooms were massive, very spacious. All in all I would say this hotel is a nice place to stay in. It is located in a very clean area with lovely bars & resturants. I would go back this hotel self catering.

this hotel was awful. Its in a main road with cafes and shops underneath. The smell of cooking fat was thefirst thing that hit me when I walked in. It was dull, could use a lick of paint and the rooms were dire. Our small room had a crack across the tile floor from one side to the other with bits chipped out so bare feet was a no-no. The upstairs door lock was held closed with a ballpoint pen! The room overlooked locals homes or the television masts! The swim pool was small with an extremely small sunbathing area. Oh and white concrete gnomes roung the minute kiddies pool. We arrived 4.30pm and asked for food menu to be told no food was served until dining room opened at 6.45pm. This was suspose to be all inclusive! After a terrible smelly(the chip pan fat), noisy(the cars on main road and the locals) night we left and paid extra to stay in another hotel! I would rate this hotel pushing 2*star!!!

When we arrived it looked like a flat above a shop when we got inside it was dull and dark.

The hotel staff couldn’t speak a lot of English which made things hard.

The room was an ok size for the 2 of us but wasn’t the cleanest of places.

The location wasn’t too bad it was about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main strip and only cost 3 euros in a taxi.

Would I stay again I don’t think so.
