| said: I have just returned from a holiday in the Algarve and stayed in the Natura Sun. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
The room was cleaned as stated 5 times a week but although the towels were due to be changed twice were only change once, the bed linen was not changed for the entire week.
The room was very damp and both myself and my daughter have returned to Ireland with chest infections - you don't expect a damp room in the Algarve.
The room was full of cobwebs which could easily have been cleaned away by cleaning staff if enough notice was made to the rooms .
The hotel staff were alright but not overly friendly and the bar closed approx at 12 midnight most nights there was entertainment on 2 nights we were there.
I was not very impressed with this hotel.

| said: The Natura Sun is super except it is down a short very steep hill, not good for less able.
The staff were lovely apart from a grumpy chap in reception some evenings.
The apartment was very clean and spacious,we stayed in one bedroom apartment. The only downside was the most uncomfortable lumpy beds we have ever slept in.
Becky our rep. was a lovely helpful and pleasant girl.
As we didn't eat there we cannot comment on the food.
The entertainment was practically nonexistent but as you are close to the strip it is not a problem. The apartments are in a lovely quiet spot the only improvemet would be if they could flatten the hill. We will definitely return again.

| said: I have just come back fron the Natura Sun Club and it was the best holiday i have been on!
When me and my Boyfiend arrived we had to wait for the studio to be cleaned (only for around 20 mins) so we enjoyed a lunch within the hotel which we found a little more expensive than elsewhere. My first impressions of the hotel were of a good standard.
Our studio was really spacious with a massive balcony which followed on for days!!! It was over looking the swimming pool. we had everything which you could ask for in the kitchen apart from a kettle but we brought our own. There was a cooker/Oven, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee Maker.
Overall I would Definatly come back to this hotel.
I couldn't ask for anything more!!

| said: The apartments are very spacious we had a 1 bed apartment and a full kitchen including a washing machine which was a god send, I would definately recommend this apartment staff friendly and pool lovely.
Location excellent 5 mins to main strip, I would return to this hotel again but First Choice and Falcon have omitted it from their brochure. Pitty!!

| said: Had a great week at Natura Sun and couldnt really fault it for what we paid. Great location, fairly quier but not far to bars and restaurants, 10 mins to beach and about same to strip for lots of livlier bars etc.
Studio for two of us was huge, with separate fully fitted kitchen which included washing machine (!) but no kettle! Only thing missing was a kettle but we knew about this so took a travel one. Huge balcony with views to private villas and very quiet. Maids came in 6 days and it was very clean.

At the hotel the bar staff are NOT very friendly and considering the amount of English people that stay there they cannot speak much Engish at all and it's quite dear...
At the Natura sun they have an indoor pool but it's very creepy as there is no light or windows and it's only one of the one's that you blow up in your garden!!

The manager was really nice and within an hour problem was solved. This hotel is perfect for couples not too much for children.
Night life is great away from hotel the strip is the best for all ages

| said: We are just back from a week in the Natura Sun Club. The hotel was a lot older than I had expected. We had a one bedroom which was huge separate kitchen etc. The rooms were very clean and the maids came in 6 days per week. The pool area could do with a bit more of an upkeep, sweeping etc but other than that fine. The brochure stated that there was an indoor pool but this was only opened off peak.
There are plenty of bars/restaurants up the road with the strip only being less than a 15 minute walk from the hotel, the old town also is beautiful with such a great choice of restaurants.
The staff at this hotel are very helpful and polite. Luis in the bar is great with everyone kids included.
Cant wait to go back to Albuferia and probably would stay here as its a great location to everything but could do with a little bit of refurbishment.

| said: This Hotel/Studio complex was exactly as the brochure said. The apartments were spacious and clean with the kitchen facilities more than expected. The pool was cold but great once you were in.
Location was far enough away from 'The Strip' not to be bothered by it, but close enough to walk to. The beach was only a short walk, but a bus from the hotel was available. Many restaurants close by with plenty of choice. Supermarket just up the road with plenty of choice.
All of the staff were fine and very helpful.The entertainment was poor but not offensive.
We would go to the hotel again.

| said: Thanks to this hotel I had a superb holiday and have memories which I will cherish for the rest of my life.
The cleanliness of the hotel was great. Our rooms were cleaned 12 days out of the 14 which we were there for. Rooms were very spacious and contained more than enough facilities needed, for example-washing machine!
(This was the highlight of mum's holiday!)
The staff were very friendly, polite and made great chips! The food was lovely and I enjoyed eating their tuna toasties!
Lastly I would like to say thank you to all staff (including cleaners) for making my holiday comfortable and relaxing
I would give my overall experience in The Algarve a 10 out of 10 and can't wait to return next summer!

| said: At first ,everything was fine.
Room was clean and tidy,staff were very helpful and we had a good start to our family holiday, but on the second day ,disaster! W ehad cold running water in our bath room, nothing wrong with that.
The only problem was ,it was running down 3 of the bathroom walls. The hotel`s solution ,was to give us three towels to mop it up. This went on for two days before it was fixed. We could not use the toilet or bath, we had to use the bathroom ,of one of our party.
When it was fixed ,our room had a damp musty smell for the rest of the week.
Apart from the above ,it was a great holiday and would go back to the area but in a different hotel.

| said: We first stayed at the hotel in October 2004 as alloction or arrival. When booking a holiday in April 2005 we had a number of choices, but Natura Sun had availability so we went back. Not disappointed, it was just the same.
Staff, appartment and facilities are excellent and within walking distance from the 'strip'. The hotel also run a courtesy bus to Old Town and the beach.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful, nothing too much
trouble.
Entertainment was a bit loud for the size of the bar area, but as our room was directly above, we heard everything!!!!!!!!! Nevertheless, enjoyable.. Would most certainly go back again, and again.

| said: We arrived on allocation and were placed in the natura sun app and found it to be one of the best holidays we have taken.
The apartment was clean and spacious with all the utensils in the fitted kitchen that we required from toaster to coffee maker/washing machine and a micro wave.
The apartment was spacious with separate areas for the kitchen and bathroom as well as a hall way. The pool area was clean and well looked after and all the staff were friendly and helped with all of our needs.
The bar area was a little expensive from the surrounding areas. Once we returned we have booked to return to the apartments in June 05.
Two great bars in the area around the apartments were the new Dubliner (Wendy) and the rovers return (graham).both bars looked after us and serve fantastic food all day long.

| said: Natura Sun Club apartments is a well kept and easy going place. The bar staff are brilliant,they are all friendly but especially John and all speak very good english. The pool is of a good size for the resort and should keep most children happy. Other leisure activities available include pool,table football and arcade games. The TV in the bar is equipped with SKY TV and the bar staff let you change the channel as much as you want. The majority of the people who stay at Natura Sun are english. The site is in a perfect location, not too far to walk to the strip where there is tons of bars but not too close where the area is very noisy. There is a supermarket about 2 minutes walk away that is just like Kwik Save. The entertainement left alot to be desired.

| said: Apartments basic but clean, maids cleaned the rooms most days towels changed three times a week sheets once.
We were on the top floor no lifts bit of a trek if you had kids or older.
Kitchen had eveything required for self catering good sized fridge and washing machine. We had a studio apartment and the kitchen was seperated from the sleeping/living area which we liked.
Staff friendly most spoke some English.
Did eat at complex a few times, food okay but expensive compared to outside. Drinks also more expensive.
Gets very hot in the room at night 30euros to hire fan for 2 weeks you can buy them cheaper.
Quiet at night.

| said: Rooms / site kept very clean, gardener on site most days keeping the grass watered etc. The rooms are quite basic, but the kitchen did have microwave/ toaster & a washing machine. The kitchen is separate from the living area, lots of space for a one bedroom apartment.
Good size pool, does get busy, there are rules stopping sun bed reservations (towels @ 2.00am), but some days there were no beds left by 10.30am. However there is plenty of space on the grass, so not a real problem. Mattresses available @ 2 Euro's
Snack bar good and the staff very helpful, and speak good English. Bar stays open up to 2.00am, even later if there are many people around.
Rooms do get hot at night, you might want to invest in a fan!!!.
Only issue was a break in at one of the apartments, also heard that this had happened before. Need to keep windows /door locked at night. Which is not helpful considering the heat.
Over all one of the best I have stayed in for many years.

apartments in a quiet side street- only a 5 minute walk to "The strip" with plenty of reasonably priced shops and restaurants.
Hotels provides FREE bus to old town and beach every day!
apartments very spacious with large separate kitchen (including washing machine- which was very handy)
Apartments on 3 floors with No lift- many families with young children on top floor.
Pool very good for children of all ages.

| said: Stayed at Natura Sun Club Appartments. Brochure says resort was Albufeira but that was 3 miles away. We were in the acres of suburbs made up of tarmac and concrete that surround Albufeira for miles - our suburb called St. Eulalia.
Walking distance of beach can be interpreted as a 20 min walk based upon fit adults, with 2 busy roads to cross.
One bedroom Appartment was large with good balcony overlooking a good pool and grass / gardens. Everything worked and was clean. Quiet at night.
The Hotel bar /shop was the most expensive we found throughout our stay and was therefore quiet.
