The hotel is small friendly and on the beach fantastic location. The rooms are cleaned daily and the linens changed regularly staff are helpful and friendly. The food in hotel was good we never had a bad meal.

We arrived at the Toloman late in the evening and soon settled in. First night was an electrical blackout so had to go to bed by candlelight.
I was not very impressed with breakfast as there was very little choice. However, the bread was always very fresh. We found the staff friendly enough but they sometimes ignored us if we just wanted a drink. In fact we used to walk along the road to another bar where you always got served. You had to go to the bar most of the time. Not many people seemed to eat at the hotel but on the one occasion we did we had a lovely meal.
The hotel was spotless and two men swept the pathways many times a day. We had the pool mostly to ourselves but it was too deep for me. It did not have a shallow end.

The hotel is spotless with nice rooms which have mini-bar, TV, balcony & en-suite shower room.
The food is good with kebabs & steaks etc. The bar is very nice as it is almost on the beach with a bar stools and a couple of swinging hammocks and usually some nice quiet music playing.
The hotel is situated right on the beach just along from all the shops, restaurants and bars.
The staff are lovely and will remember your name and what you drink within a couple of hours. Tony does the best G&T's in Bitez.
There is no entertainment although the TV (small portable in the corner) is usually on if there is any football/golf etc. There are plenty of busy bars with music etc. further along the beach if you prefer, but this is NOT a clubbers paradise, it’s laid back with lots of restaurants & a few bars.
