| said: We stayed at this hotel once again this time in a family room as my daughter and her girlfriend flew out to stay with us on our 2nd week off a 3 week holiday the first week we met up with friends and stayed in a 3 star hotel our 2 week we stayed at a 5 star hotel with my hubby daughter- girlfriend then our 3rd week we all stayed at this hotel its fantastic we have stayed here before so most off the staff new us the food is good but does get cold only due to people leaving the lid up on the containers snack bar is good fresh pizzas coked in front off you and chicken wings also you can get burgers hotdogs etc salad so you wont starve the hotel is huge as i stated we had a family room it was huge but not enough wardrobe space for 4 adults especially have two teenagers with us there is 3 pools a indoor pool 2 lots off water slides entertainment is poor but i think in most hotels it is in turkey if you want to be entertained you need to go out off the complex and onto marmaris strip itself drinks are really nice we used to say what we wanted in our cocktails and got it no problem at all

| said: We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel after being bumped from our first choice hotel in Marmaris. Our Party consisted of Me, My Wife and 17 & 15 year old Daughters
First of all let me say this hotel is a 24 hour, bar hotel and from my experience here, this is only to attract Russian tourists, as this hotel is teeming with them drinking vast amounts of vodka, being very rude and pushing in everywhere, make no mistake if your British, you are not the tourist of choice, which is a shame as most Turkish people are very fond of the british, this hotel is for Turks and Russians, ask your self why the major British tour operators don’t offer it.
The hotel is kept spotless by an army of very hard working staff, they seem to be always cleaning. Most of the hotel floors both inside and in the outside areas are marble which brings a major problem with people slipping on them, the tiles around the pool areas are also very slippery especially when wet or in the evening when moisture condenses on them. 3 people twisted ankles and 1 person broke an arm this way while we were staying here, so make sure you take some shoes with plenty of grip
If you are disabled and are considering this hotel, then please don’t the disabled ramps are way too steep to push a wheelchair up and again are marble.
The food in this hotel will disappoint most British guests, breakfast is hot dog sausage in tomato sauce, beans, chips, scrambled egg and some form of pepperoni, there is a huge fruit and pastries counter as well as cereals and freshly fried eggs and omelettes, but is the same every day, there is no variety.
Lunch in the snack bar is again very much the same, burgers, salad , leftover hot dogs from breakfast, and freshly grilled chicken pieces in some form of chilli sauce, or a freshly made pizza, kebab meat is grilled on alternate days.
Dinner again is mostly the same with chicken and kebab meat forming the main ingredients for the evening meal, just be aware if you go in August you will have to queue for everything and that includes a table, which on most occasions you will clean yourself.
The biggest problem food wise is the colossal amount of waste, people take piles of it then leave it on the table uneaten, and they also take plates piled high of fruit and put it in a carrier bag to take away with the, god knows why.
The bar serves everything in plastic beakers, not glasses, fair enough around the pool, but at the main bar, 5 star does not mean plastic beakers, Coffee and Tea is help yourself in polystyrene cups. If you want a Baileys (In a plastic beaker of course, with no ice) then make sure you send your wife to the bar, as they tell the men Baileys is finished.
Accomodation, first off a key for the safe in your room will cost you 56 YTL for 2 weeks, the air con will not work below 25 deg C, the door to your balcony may not close, and it is very easy for someone to climb from one balcony to another if your in the old part of the hotel, which is where ALL the Brits seem to be shoved. The rooms are a reasonable size and are kept clean by the very hard working maids
The location of the Hotel it has to be said is fantastic it looks great and is surrounded by mountains all around, and what you see on the hotels website really is what’s there. The pools and slides are fantastic and always kept very clean. Sunbeds are not a problem as there are circa 800 around both pools and we had no problem keeping the same ones for the whole 2 weeks.
Don’t get me wrong we had a great holiday, but only because we chose not to stay in the hotel every night, and ventured out to some of the bars and restaurants around the area which are only a short walk away, for a fantastic 3 course meal at a set 20 YTL you cannot beat the Emporium just down road and Ozzy will keep you entertained for hours. I know this kind of defeats the concept of all inclusive, but believe me with temperatures in the 40’s the amount you will save on drinks for the kids alone will save you a fortune, and its nice to have a change from the hustle and bustle of the main restaurant in the hotel. The bazzar is always great fun for your bargains.
In Summary, a nice hotel, in a nice location, let down by the food and plastic cups for drinks, some small changes could lift this hotel into the 5 star it claims to be instead of the 3 star it actually is

| said: We stayed here again from 14th april till 21st april this hotel has been vastly extended its now classed as 5 star ultr spa hotel
it is attached to the old green nature and you have use off both hotels its a 24 hr bar with cocktails to die for really strong and nice.
There is indoor pool sauna is free the gym is free so is the turkish bath.
Staff are so friendly would visit this hotel again there is 3 pools one with waterslides
there is midnight soup on which is very tasty indeed

After checking in at 11.45pm the receptionist asked us if we would like the chef to cook us a hot meal! Which we have never been offered that at any hotel we have stayed at before, I had a hot chicken sandwich and my hubby just had some fish and chips all freshly cooked by the hotel chef.
This hotel is ultra all inclusive so the lobby bar never closes, after our meal we had a few drinks I had cocktail's and my hubby had a few vodka and sprite's.
We retired to our room and was pleasantly surprised the size off it was huge mini bar in room carpeted through out and the best shower cubicle we have ever had so powerful it was unreal.
Beds were real comfy too.
The food in this hotel is good lots off selection in dining room also each meal time there is 5 chef's outside standing cooking different dishes the steak was to die for also the crepe's with the nutella sauce.
Also the desert trolley was really wonderful so many desert's to choose from.
There is a sauna and gym and Turkish bath all free to use in this hotel.
The entertainment was also enjoyable had some real good turn's on.
There is a huge waterslide in the pool which kids and adults enjoy also a baby pool for the little one's
This hotel is getting extended next year there are putting a manmade beach and lake through it can not wait to return.
We are taking our 3 grand kids next year so I'll put a report on next July

| said: Some of the staff were very rude which makes me wonder if when they have your money theres no need to be nice any longer?? Meals were lovely.
Rooms were very nice and beds comfortable. When I asked for brandy and coke, I was told it wasnt available until the evening and that I could not have it during the day.
Tourist staying there were 95% German, English were very much a minority.
Entertainment on an evening was dire, even though the all inclusive drinks were served until midnight, we were in bed by 11pm just to avoid the shows!

| said: Arrived at hotel to a friendly receptionist.
Our room was in an annex of the hotel. The room was clean but the cleaner did not clean under the fridge, eg bottle top, part of snorkel and a marker pen was left.
The food, lots to pick from but rice and chips and chicken are frequent, and not covered up.
The hotel is set back off the main road, 5 mins to beach, dom buses to Icmeler is orange stripe and cost 1.5 lira each way per person ideal for market day on a Wednesday. When we went, dom bus to Marmaris was green stripe and cost 1.00 lira each way per person,these buses are boarded on main road just flag them down.
Some hotel staff could be more polite, look out for Mr happy.
Entertainment very poor, the entertainment team very poor invited guests like the break dance boys were ok, Turkish dancing not my cup of tea appear one day.
So to cap it up. Yes I would go back you will never go hungry, or be thirsty until 11.00pm drinks all inclusive stop bang on 11.
Rhe hotel is clean, pool big, some Saturdays/Sundays you share evenings with wedding parties expect to part with your sunbed so waiters can set up.

| said: My wife and I have just returned home from this hotel,location was spot on nice and quiet.there was plenty of choice with the food but it gets a bit boring after a week, but it is not far from the local bars and restarants which do a wonderful English breakfast.
The maids do a good job but make sure you are up early as they can be in your room 8.00am sharp, not very good if you have had a late one the night before.
Entertanment was very poor half the time I was convinced they were making it up as they went along.
Drinks are very limited, and when 11.00pm comes you will not get one unless you pay for it.
So if you want to carry on drinking go down the road its cheaper.
Would consider going back, but not yet a lot more of the world to see.

| said: We went to this hotel in June on an all inclusive basis and must say this is probably the best hotel we have stayed in on holiday.
The hotel is beautiful inside and out.
The room was lovely and cleaned perfectly everyday.
The location is a bit out of the way, but was a small price to pay for such a nice hotel.
We have been to turkey before and this hotel is well above standard.
Most of the staff were lovely apart from one or two surly faced ones.
The food was not too bad and there was always something to choose from. My hubby a chef and is very picky but he found the food acceptable.
All in all a lovely holiday and we will definitely be going back again soon I hope.

| said: We stayed at the Club Green Nature in Marmaris which is situated just a 10 minute walk from the town which is ideal for those who want peace and quiet. The hotel is very clean, pleasant and comfortable.
The staff were very nice and friendly. Nice food but as with all holidays I could'nt wait to get back to the UK and have a bacon roll.
There is a free bus service at regular times in the morning which takes guests to Icmeler beach which also brings guests back in the late afternoon at regular times -There was no mention of this in the brochure so a small surprise.
My partner and my self really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay again, the only fault I could find that the hotel lacked a variety of evening entertainment so must guests would take a walk into town where they could sample a host of free entertainment.

The food was quite nice but they have a big problem with wasps food in the buffet area was not covered up and when eating outside we had a battle on our hand every evening fighting off the wasps! We decided to eat inside the main dining area, there was nine in our party and could never find a table to accomadate us all so we had to sit seperatley.
snacks were available from 2pm til 4pm very nice pitza but you cant get served at 4.01pm. This hotel caters for half board guest aswell, if you are going on holiday on h.b. basis you will certainly be looked after you will have a clean table, a waiter will set the table for you and bring you snack to you on a very large plate and he will smile and be very polite, but if your going all inclusive you will get a tiny side plate and be watched over to see if you are not being too greedy!and if by any chance you are quite hungry and try to put alot on your tiny all inclusive side plate you may even be told you are very greedy English people.
There are three bars in total but only two are open, the first few days of our holiday was very difficult to get served, one drink per person, so one child was not allowed to go to the bar to get drinks for herself and the other children in our party, they all had to go to the bar themselves seperatly. my husband was not allowed to get me or the kids a drink, we all had to go, so as you can imagine,it took a long time to get served - not only that but we had to show our wrist band and sign for all our drinks each time we ordered one.
In the evening after fighting the wasps at dinner we would go to watch the entertainment our children are four girls aged 13, 12, 11, 7, and one boy aged 6 they loved the animation team, they did not want to leave the hotel for one minute. They loved the shows and loved the hotel! the adults in our party were a little board when the second weeks entertainment was exactly the same as the first, but this did not worry the children they were really entertained with the breakdancing and gymnastic skills of the animation team,we have been home for three weeks now and the kids have written to the animation team and text them all the time, it was their best holiday ever!
In the evening there was waiter service, we were not allowed to go to the bar to get our own drinks, therefor we had to try to get the waiters attention for a round of drinks, we went to the bar to try and be served only to be told to sit down and wait and wait and wait - eventually we would be served, the waiter would take our order and 15 minues later the drinks would arrive.
For the first few nights my husband drank three pints of beer all night, it was taking far too long to get served. other holiday guests were complaing about this too, so we asked to see the manager of the Hotel. The manager and the owner turned up for a meeting aswell as the regal holidays rep. Our rep was not very hepful, she said it was not her problem! 15 English turned up for the meeting, one of them went to the bar for 15 lemonades for our one and a half hour meeting and was told we could not have them!
The Manager explained to the bar staff about the meeting and we were given the drinks. The owner was very nice,we explained our problems and he sorted them out. The next day there were more bar staff and we didn't have to sign for any more drinks, the waiter sevice stopped in the evening and it was very quick and easy to get served at the bar, it was alot better for the bar staff, the waiters weren't run off their feet and we were also allowed to order our drinks in rounds.
It's not often that a complaint is sorted out and resolved whilst you are still on holiday but I must say everyone was happy after that. This is the first time this Hotel has done All Inclusive and they have a lot to learn from their guests, and I guess they are willing to listen to people and put things right.
The second week was great apart from the earthquake! no-one was hurt, it was just a little scary, we were told that the hotel was built on a "ball" and is very safe! I won The Miss Green Nature title "what a laugh that was!"
Over all this is a good Hotel good location,nice food,apart from the wasps. most of the staff were friendly and helpful and on our last night all the Animation Team and even the owner waved us off as we said chow chow byebye on the steps of the Green Nature Hotel. We made plenty of friends whilst we were there and all the kids cryed on the way home! Sort the wasps out and we may see you again one day. chow chow bye bye!!!

| said: when I arrived at club green nature everything was perfect.We got to our room which was at the other side of building,it was just how we wanted it to be.After we unpacked we went down to the pool,there was a sign which said we cant go in the pool till 9.00.just at the other side of the pool was the eating area, breakfast was still being served we sat down to eat and was being attacked by wasps! The hotel was in a perfect place except to have a farm next to us with a horse and a cow mooing all day and night!!!The staff were misrable but after my mum had a meeting with the manager everything was sorted the staff looked very happy and were much more polite with us english.The entertainment was brilliant there was all sorts of things on, the best thing was the brake-dancing everyone loved it!!!in the afternoon the animation team would dress up as somthing stupid and walk around the pool it was fantstic.it came to our last day and we didnt want to go,the animation team,the manager they all came to wave us off it was the best holiday ever!!!!!!!!!!!I am 12 years old and would recommend this holiday to you if you have kids my age!!

| said: we arrived on the 23/07/04 we went straight to are rooms it was perfectly clean we went down about 8.00am but the pool didn't open till 9.00am so we went for some breakfast it wasn't what i expected but still it was nice. the entertainment was brillant during the day, i did morning gym and step aerobics. at night the food was alright. the entertainment was good during the night with the animation team it was great it was the best holiday ever thanks to them. it was my first time in turkey the staff were polite and the location was fantastic.

| said: we stayed in this hotel for 14 nights AI.the problems started when we got up for breakfast after being here for 3 days.the food in the restaurant was on display but all you could see was flies or wasps around the food.to me that was disgusting knowing what flies can carry and we dont mean one or two there were lots.breakfast was the same every morning eggs.my children aged 7 and 6 had had enough.
lunchtimes would be warmed up food from night before and was always served with rice or chips with flies and wasps flying around or in the food so we stopped eating lunchtimes.
then it came to evening meal this was definitely the meal you would not want too eat as soon as you got your food and sat down outside you would get a swarm of wasps around your plate all you ever seemed to be doing was waveing your hands about.on three different occasions all at evening meal times i got stung on my chin twice and my daughter went to put a fork full of food into her mouth and i had to knock the fork away due to a wasp on it.
this is where enough was enough i went to reception trying to explain what has happen all i got was dont understand so i had to do buzzing sounds and wave my hands .she replyed what do you want me to do about it i then asked to speak to the manager it took him over 1 hour to come and see me by now i was mad we had nothing to eat he did not speak any english and got a waiter to tell me to eat inside but i said it was just as bad inside.i said you need to get scented lanters on tables but not a thing was done about it.
from that day we ate outside the hotel in a good restaurant which we should not have had to do.and to top this holiday off the day before we were due to come home someone from the hotel came up to us and said you have to get out your rooms its gone 12.00pm i replyed i dont go home until tomorrow i am booked in until the 6/8/04 they said get out your room or they would call our rep so thats what they did when he came he was very helpful and got them to let us keep one room until 6.00pm for 15 euros.so my dad said just pay it the children need some rest because we did not fly home until 5.50am next day.but what topped it off was when the receptionist was rude un helpful and was determined not for us to have a room.i said my childen need to have a bath she replyed use the swimming pool i was disgusted.
and there was ants in the room in our suitcases everywhere we are not the only family to have all this happen too there were 6 other familys so if you are thinking about going to this hotel think again save your money they dont like english in this hotel we go too turkey 2 or 3 times a year and this was the crap of all hotels in turkey it was a disgrace

| said: We stayed at this hotel purely because we had left it too late and couldn't get a room anywhere else. It was just for one weekend so we went for it.
It was much much better than we expected it to be.
The food was actually very nice and the staff were very friendly. I am never one for hotel entertainment but this was actually amusing, especially if you just want to have a nice quiet night at the hotel with a few drinks.
