I booked this holiday last minute and paid £275 for all of us, which I thought was a bargain! The apartment we stayed in was close to the busy main road overlooking the pool, it had a nice outlook but road noise was constant, earplugs at night worked well!
The apartment was well equiped and beds were comfy, maid service was fab, fresh bedding twice in the week we stayed and loads of fresh towels and loo rolls!
As we were self catering we only had one meal in the hotel itself this was the menu of the day, a three course at 8.95euro, at was great value and delicious.
I would go for this and forget the BBQ as food was cooked all at once then left on the side to breed germs!
The location was great with buses running frequently, enough shops, bars and restaurants with an Eroski supermarket only a short bus ride away.
The beach was just over the main road via a safe crossing and was superb, the sea was very safe for young children as you could walk out for ages without getting out of your depth.
Didn't bother with entertainment so can't comment on that.
The staff at this hotel were all very friendly and helpful, and the rep was very knowledgable about the area, not just the trips he was selling.
Overall I was very pleased with this holiday my children and I had a super time and didn't want to come home. We would definately visit again!

All I can say is don't bother! On our first full day in the hotel open the wardrobe only to find our clothes were covered in ants ants and more ants!

Went to see the receptionist and was given a new room (receptionist wasn't surprised at all about the ants). The lovely aroma that meets you first thing in the morning from the sewers certainly puts you off your breakfast. The room wasn't exactly clean the shower over the bath was rusty and the bath was dirty.

Pool was on the small side and again very dirty, in our 10 day stay there I didn’t't see the pool being clean once. Also there were a lot of small tots in the pool that had no nappies on, lead to your own conclusion about that one. Entertainment was more for your German holidaymaker; the only good show we saw was the transvestite show.

We were in room 303+ 302 facing a very lively bar called the oasis so if you don't like loud old groovy music until the early hours don't bother to book this hotel. Also was covered in bites and so was many of the hotel guests we spoke to.

We arrived at the hotel to then find ants everywhere. The reception gave us a can of raid!

The pool was very dirty, and cloudy. We didn’t see it be cleaned once. Only a man sweeping the edges with a brush, just to impress the new arrivals.

Apartment shabby and not very big. The bathroom wasn't that great either. When you had a shower, the shower curtain would turn see-through, and just overall dirty. The balcony wasn't cleaned once, so after 2 weeks. It was like just stepping in dirt.

It was mainly full of German. The entertainment was so bad. It was painful to watch. and mainly provided for the Germans. there was a parrot show one night, but to have your picture taken with the parrots it was 10 euros. (they only told you the price after you had had your picture done!)

The snack bar was quite good, but the service wasn't. We were waiting 20 minutes before they even took our drink order not because they were busy; it was because they were having a chat with all the other bar staff.

There wasn't much entertainment in the day time, just stupid games like throw the dice, and games for very young children so my teenage daughters found it very boring

And could the hotel buy a new CD. Every day they blasted out Enrique Inglasias and Disney music. Thank god I had my own ipod.

Overall there was just no atmosphere.
One of the worst holidays ever.

Well what a let down from last year, GERMANS, GERMANS, GERMANS!!!!!!!!

Eric is a great child entertainer but is leaving this week so you won't see him.

Last year you could get food from the bar until 9 pm now they finish serving at 3pm and you have to go to the dining room which all the tables are reserved and only catered for the GERMANS!!! Almond soup?

Had an argument over the football, TV was tuned in for the England match, when we came back from dinner and turned the TV over all the Germans went mad!!!

The hotel has to cater for the majority which is 50% German 30% English and 20% other so the Germans got their own way.

Manuel is fine with the kids and adults. He works 6 days a week so if he forgets your order then you just have to remind him.

Entertainment was poor compared to last year, mainly due to the Germans not buying any drink and going to bed early. If there was not enough people to entertain then the show would be cancelled.

Weather was rubbish, 4 days of sun out of 14. Mozzie bites were bad too. Dead ants splattered on the kitchen wall when we arrived. Next day informed reception of ant problem and was given a can of raid!!!!!.

Room not cleaned for 5 days.

Shame because I really liked this hotel and area but it has gone right down hill within a year and we shall not be returning.

20% Germans were ok, the rest weren't, just incase you think that we have a problem with Germans!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a fab holiday here......However there were a few things that were very displeasing.

When we arrived we noticed old food sitting on the BBQ at the pool side, the hotel have a BBQ every Thursday evening....On the evening of the BBQ we noticed that the meat sat out in the hot sun for over an hour before the BBQ was even lit and that the next day the unused food was still on the BBQ.

The pool was dirty!!!! we let our kids do the scuba diving and were told by the instructor that he couldn't do a photo as the pool was too cloudy.

Not once did I see the poolside washed down. In the pool it self there were loose wires hanging out of the wall, a broken drain and a light hanging by wire in the pool. (this did not stop us from using the pool but had there been an alternative we would have used that instead.

The children's club was run by Eric and jasmine who were really good and Kean to keep the kids happy.
reception were really friendly too, if we had any problems they were sorted almost immediately.

We didn't use the restaurant but the snack bar at the pool side was great value for money. The waiter Manwell was a big hit with the kids but with the adults was quite ignorant, for example if you ordered food and they didn't have it he wouldn't tell you, he would let you sit until you asked again.

The hotel rooms are quite spacious but the location is awful!!! Its right next to a swamp, and every day you wake up to the smell of dirty drains in you r room and it is quite sickening.

All in all we had a fantastic holiday as we didn't allow anything to get us down, plus there were 3 other families with us which gave us plenty to do.

Accommodation - The entrance to the hotel was lovely but what a let down when we got to our room. We were on the 4th floor overlooking the pool, big sun terrace but the rooms are very small and shabby, I am glad there was only the 3 of us. Kitchen area was small but well equipped, infact it was so well equipped there was nowhere to put any food. Wardrobe space was fine but not many coathangers. Bathroom was ok but the toilet didn't always flush and a couple of nights we had brown water in the bath. Beds were uncomfortable too. Maid service is supposed to 5 times a week but she only managed to do ours 3 times. Pool is smaller than it looks on the photos and very deep.

Food - There is a restaurant which serves breakfast and evening meal. We had one meal in there but didn't bother going in again as there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the resort. We particularly liked Tapo Giglo, Restaurante Boy to the right of the hotel and El Tabal to the left.

Entertainment - There were 2 girls that seemed to work very hard running the kids club and doing some form of entertainment in an evening.

Location - The hotel is very central to everything lots of supermarkets, gift shops, bars & restaurants. A word of warning the bar opposite has live music every night which was very loud and didn't finish until 11 - midnight, so if you fancy an early night forget it. Its a 5 min walk to the beach. Across the road from the hotel there is a large play area, bouncy castle, trampolines, crazy golf etc - our son wanted to go there every night which wasn't too bad as at least there was a bar!! Plenty of buses going up and down all day long.

Rep - There was no rep on the coach transfer, we had no welcome meeting - infact we never saw a rep until the day before we were due to leave, and she made some excuse that she had only arrived the day before. Good job we didn't need them for anything!!

Weather - Out of the week we were there we only had 2 and a half days of sunshine, the rest of the time it was cold, wet and windy.

Would I return to this hotel ? No I wouldn't the accommodation was too shabby and basic, but would go back to the resort.

This is the second time we have visited this hotel. Having had a really great holiday in 2005 we hoped that this hotel would still be as good. Apart from a few teething problems with the electrics on our first night and having to change rooms twice, which the hotel sorted out with no problems, we were not disappointed.

The staff here are all really friendly, polite and helpful, particularly the bar staff and entertainment staff.

Our children, aged 6 and 8 enjoyed the nightly mini-disco run by two Dutch girls, Yasmin and Eveline. Their enthusiasm and energy is a credit to the hotel. They also run the daily kids club, morning and afternoon, so mum and dad can laze by the pool! Our son was a bit tearful on the last night as he enjoyed it so much!

Entertainment is varied with some being provided by Yasmin and Eveline and some outside professional acts. During our stay, we had Flamenco Dancers, Acrobats, and the notorious Parrot Show. Don't bother with this one unless you really have a thing for parrots!

Pool snack bar is good value, for example you could have a ham baguette with chips and salad for under 4 Euros.

Cleaning every day except Sunday and Wednesday, sheets once a week, towels every day if needed. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We particularly liked, Las Delicias, Restaurante Boy, El Tabal to name but a few.

Loads of English bars etc if that's what floats your boat! Not our cup of tea though. Oasis Bar opposite hotel has mini-golf, trampolines and a huge bouncy killer whale for the kids. Reasonable at 2 Euros per child for 15mins. Tried the maze but gave up as we all got hopelessly lost having been in there for well over an hour and a half! Nice and cool way to spend an afternoon though as it is surrounded by pine trees.

We must mention the Thomson Rep, Marie who was always game for a laugh and endured being thrown in the pool fully clothed at least twice while we were there! The kids thought she was great!

If you are planning a visit here you will not be disappointed, we would definitely visit for a third time in the future.

Stayed at the Alcudia Suites for 1 week. Stays in the annex at the back of the hotel and the room was the best room I have ever stayed in. It was very very big with loads of room which is good when you have 2 children. Food was good, although was self catering went out for most of the holiday. Staff are very very friendly. While I was there it was my birthday and when I got back to my room later on in the day I had a bottle of wine and a card wishing me a happy birthday from the hotel which I thought was very nice. Although I never told them it was my birthday, I think the cleaners must have seen my cards up in the morning when they cleaned our room. I would definately recommend the Alcudia Suites, and I will definately go back.

If you want a great family holiday then this is the hotel for you. We stayed here for two weeks and had a brilliant time.

You did have to get up early to get a sunbed, but only so you could put it where you wanted it otherwise you could get up later still get a bed but take potluck where to put it. It was never over crowded around the pool and the inflaterbles were never a problem in the pool. The pool was deep at one end and the paddling pool was fenced off from the main pool. My children are aged 3yrs and 6 yrs and had no problems in the pool.

At one point we had to ask ourselfs if it was August as we found these appartments to be very quiet and not over crowded. The apartments were great, everything you needed was in the kitchen which was very modern, and oh yes the cupbords are not that high, my sister-in-law is 5ft 3 and had no problems reaching them. There was plenty of wardrobe space, so don't skimp on your packing, a safe in the bedroom and the rooms are all airconditioned. The maids come every day except Wednesday and Sunday. The rooms were swept and bedding changed twice a week but fresh towels all the time.

If you need anything or are not happy then tell the manageress, she is lovely and can't do enough for you.

The breakfast was excellent and we didn't have to pay for our 3year old. The food in the bar was also excellent and good value for money There was a mixed nationality in this hotel which was great and never a problem. The chidrens club was also great, they even took my 3year old, the mini disco the kids all loved , Hello Lorna and Lornika Love Megan and OliverXxxXX,

This hotel is about a 1 1/2 min walk across a main road, which is very easy to cross because of a crossing, there is a lovely beach that you can walk out into the sea up to about 100yrds and still only be knee deep which is so safe for kids and the sea is so clear. There are lots of restaraunts everywhere and lots for kids to do( and adults). Go to the Oasis on the corner, they have some great entertainment and the food is lush. DON'T go to SHOOTERS the food is crap and so is the service. The Rose and Crown and The Swan are good for watching Football.

There are loads of supermarkets everywhere and gift shops. The entertainment was sometimes good at the hotel. Don,t bother with the parrot show, it only lasted 20mins and 10 of those was spent with them trying to fleece you of 10euros for a photo with the parrot, Tip, if you want a parrot photo the go to the Oasis bar on the corner, there is a parrot outside everynight and the owner will let you have your photo done for free.

Everyone is entitled to there own view but I can honestly say that I don't agree with any of the negative reviews on this site. We have stayed in many 3star hotels before and this hotel seemed like a 4star.

Tip, ring a week before you are due to arrive and ask for a pool view due to a birthday or something, thats what we did and we had a excellent room with a pool view.

We will definitley be returning, in fact once I finish this review I shall be looking to see what offers Portland have for next year, Hope this review helps, Happy holidaying

We stayed in the Alcudia Suites from the 25th of July to the 8th of August. Having been to Alcudia many times before we knew what to expect but we chose the Alcudia suites as we couldn't get into another Hotel we would have liked to have revisited.

First impressions of the hotel are brilliant because of the well designed and contemporary reception. But, The lifts would often break down and my relatives often got stuck in the lift just going up and down for 5 minutes. The rooms are fine but as we had to have 3 rooms we could notice the faults in each. The kitchen was missing appliances so only 2 rooms had kettles, only one of us had bread knives and so on...

The worst thing about staying at Alcduia suites was the maid service!. It was the worst we have ever had and we have been to other Thomson hotels before. They did not make beds they left the sheets on top of the bed for you to make, they left the room dirty leaving it for us which you do not want to do on your holiday. The only 'service' they provided was changing the bin and changing the towels.

The best aspect of this holiday for me was the staff at the hotel they were absolutely lovely, It was a shame to leave. The hotels restaurant is wonderful and we eat there on many occasions. It made things a lot easier if we didn't want to walk far and we could have a decent meal on site.

The pool was overcrowded with inflatables which did not make it an enjoyable experience competing with inflatables and dozens of children. They even left inflatables in the pool after they Had finished with them, which i found rude. Also, this has been said before but there was no mid way stage in the pool it's either really deep or the kids pool. Most days we made our way to the beach.

Overall this Hotel would be brilliant if it wasn't for the maid service.

We booked this holiday in June 2004 and was looking forward to it immensely. What can I say, we was not disappointed.

I was a little concerned when I found out that we were staying just outside Alcudia in an area called Playa de Muro but it was actually a superb location. The hotel was based just a couple of minutes walk from the beach which has beautiful white sand and a breathtaking view of mountains. What more could you ask for!

The hotel was clean, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned five times a week.

The food at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was 5 euros per adult and 3 per child with a huge selection for all nationalities. Lunch again was excellent with a massive choice and very reasonable prices. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel because we found an excellent restaurant called Yolanda which sold the most delicious food at excellent prices. If you fancy going there you come out of the hotel and turn left at the main road and Yolanda is the first turning on the right. It is situated right on the beach again with a stunning view (just past The Swan Restaurant and Bar) and would definitely recommend Steak Diana.

The transfer from the hotel was actually quite quick, it took about 1 hr and 15 mins and we were in our hotel room.

Would definitely go back to Alcudia although perhaps not to the same hotel. As I say it was excellent and good value for money however we did feel that the pictures in the brochure made the hotel, rooms and pool area look much bigger than they actually were.

The hotel has two buildings, the main one which did sometimes get quite noisy with parents letting their kids run up and down the hallways until the early hours (thank god for air conditioning because most of the time we didn't hear them) and there is a quieter building which some people we met were staying in and they said that the rooms were very quite and were slightly bigger.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Although we chose this holiday to be self catering, the hotel provided good value 3 course meal deals in the evening for around 7.50 euros, very tasty pool snacks and an excellent buffet breakfast for 5 euros per adult and 3 euros for kids, eat as much as you like!

Maid service 5 times a week, with clean towels five times a week and change of bedding twice a week. Plenty of activities for kids, Koko Loco Club in the mornings for around one and a half hours giving Mum and Dad peace to sunbathe, and pool games in the afternoon for all to join in and mini disco at night, 8.30 - 9.00.

Reception staff very pleasant and helpful with any enquiries.

This was our first trip abroad with our three year old twins and as soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed by the pool and entrance to the hotel.

The pool wasn't overcrowded and was cleaned daily it was perfect for the kids to play in and very safe, not being very deep.

We had lunch at the hotel on numerous occasions and the food was always good and value for money. The best place that we found to eat was Smiths we couldn't fault his lovely meals.

The beach was perfect and only knee deep it wasn't overcrowded and was really clean.

We would definitely visit this hotel again, an ideal family holiday hotel.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and overall standard of the accommodation of this hotel. The apartments were clean, spacious and modern. Maid service five times a week.

My only gripe would be that the kitchen cupboards were a bit high to reach things at the back. The staff were very friendly, especially to the children. Food in the poolside snack bar was very reasonably priced and service good.

Location of hotel in a quieter area of Alcudia, Playa de Muro. Our kids loved the nightly kids disco although we did tire of the same songs night after night, they didn't and we had to buy the CD to have our own mini-disco back home.

Hotel run free kids club is run morning and afternoon giving mum and dad time alone to lounge by the pool! Would definetly visit Alcudia Suite again.

We stayed in the Alcudia suite apartments for one week.

We were impressed with the hotel as soon as we entered the reception area as we were taken aback by the sheer cleanliness of the hotel and the general atmosphere.

Our room looked out over the pool area on the second floor, we were concerned prior to our arrival about being allocated a room with a balcony as we were travelling with two three year olds but our fears were put aside when we saw the height of the balcony wall plus glazed railing.

The rooms were very well equipped with plenty storage space.

The kitchen was fully equipped also and the apartment was fully air conditioned. There was satellite television and twice daily there was advd channel that played children’s films.

The entertainment was family orientated and there was also a kids club.

There was a buffet breakfast available each morning which cost 5 euros per adult and 3 euros per child though we were never charged for the children, there was a deal on that if you paid for six breakfasts you got the seventh free, the quality and choice was fantastic, this was served from 9am to 11am.

The hotel entertainment and bar closed a midnight which was ideal and late enough if you had kids.

The hotel staff were extremely child orientated and loved talking to and spending time getting to know each child.

The hotel is located half way between Alcudia and C'an Picafort in an area known as Playa de Muro which I felt was an ideal location and only 150 meters from the beach though there is a busy road to cross.

I don’t know if there was or not a launderette as I never asked but it would have been good to have one especially when travelling with young children.

We would certainly recommend this hotel and we would certainly have no hesitation in returning to the Alcudia suites.

We stayed at the Alcudia suites apartments for seven nights, and couldn’t have had a better holiday.

The beach is only a two minute walk over the main road, and the local shop is part of the main complex, so you only have to walk out the door for a pint of milk.

We found that the food on offer was excellent value for money, with a good selection for the kids.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and they were all very good with the kids. The kids club and evening entertainment were great, as was the poolside sports program in the afternoon, which included water polo, table tennis, and rifle shooting for the over sixteen’s.

All in all we had the best holiday ever and will definitely be going back again.

This hotel is clean, friendly and well located for the local ammenities but it is basic. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

We didn't eat at the hotel very often because there are lots of good bars and restaurants in the area, but when we did eat there, the food was good and reasonably priced.

The rooms were clean and pretty well equipped but I have to say the beds could have been a bit comfier.

The evening entertainment was very good, we didn't go every night but when we did, we enjoyed ourselves. Although we didn't take our 12 year old daughter with us this time, I would have no hesitation in taking her. The entertainers were brilliant with the children and there appeared to be lots for them to do.

We liked the location because it was close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. All in all, we had a very good holiday and would stay there again.

We usually stop in a hotel not far from the Alcudia Suites but we could not get in, so we tried these apartments out.

The Staff here are very very friendly and very polite, The reception staff, well my boys fell in love with the ladies on reception, but that was because they paid them some attention and gave them pictures to colour every night, and gave them a free t-shirt to wear.

The entertainment was really good, they have kid’s entertainers, who are Mark and Sanna they worked well with all the children, and they worked with the adults and got them involved in the activities.

The downside to the hotel was the pool. My sons would not even entertain it as it's not children friendly. I am 5'7 and when I went into the pool at the shallow end, it came up to my chin. They have a kids pool but the water only comes up to my ankles and when you have children that is 7 and 9 years old they want to go into a bit deeper water so they can swim. Also about the pool was they had 2 sections for the toddlers that are shallow then no railings round them, it’s just a shear drop into the big adult pool.

We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, but never again. Yhe bai marie was not working properly, so all the fried bacon, sausage etc was stone cold and the eggs were only half cooked they were slimey.

But otherwise we enjoyed ourselves, but we will not be coming here again.

Just got back from a weeks break in Alcudia Suites, first of all i booked everything independantly, flight, hotel etc,so this worked out much cheaper than a package deal,in fact it was a bargain!!!!
I cannot say enough about this hotel, all the standards were tremendous, from cleanliness to the room sizes, mine was very spacious. The added bonus of Air Condition,SAT TV,and a very adequate kitchen(microwave, toaster, kettle)made the stay very enjoyable.
The beach is across the road, and don`t be put off by reports saying its busy,it ain`t, and there is a signal controlled crossing right outside hotel.

Shops and supermarkets are all nearby, but go to the one towards Pt Alcudia,Eroski its called, much cheaper.

Didn`t sample any of the entertainmnet at night, but sounded ok for kids, different theme every night.

I would definatly stay there again and also ask for the same room again when booking, which idid this time and all was acknolegded.I recommend room 405.

This is the second year running that we have stayed in the Alcudia Suite. The apartments are spacious and clean, with maid service 5 times a week. The location is excellent, with only a short walk to a very beautiful beach. We found all the staff very helpful and friendly. The entertainment staff were brilliant.Every evening there was a mini disco and then entertainment for all the family. This was good most evenings. The food at the hotel is excellent value for money, and there are some very good restaurants nearby. We had such a brilliant time again this year that we have already booked to go again next year!

This hotel is fantastic!!!! Every member of staff was so friendly, rooms are great, we asked to be moved to a room overlooking the pool ,which was brilliant. Entertainment certainly kept our kids happy. we wouldn't hesitate in going here again!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was spotless and a 5 min walk across the main road to the beach which was also always very clean. The hotle has a shop next door/underneath which stocked everything you need. Hotel staff were superb nothing was too much trouble. We did not stay around the hotel much in the evening as we wanted to explore further away but the entertainment for the children always looked great. The hotle does a bufet breakfast in the morning, 5 euro for adults and 3 for children. Well worth it as it is served as a buffet and you help yourself.

We have now stayed here three times, and looking forward to going back there in June.

The staff are so friendly and helpful any problems (not that had any) are dealt with quickly and apologetically this I know from other clients staying there who also enjoyed their stay here.

It's reassuring for me returning there as I know what to expect. The manageress is always welcoming her guests and nothing is too much trouble if you have any queries. As for the reception staff they are so friendly and are always smiling and greeting their guests.

The bar staff lovely too, my seven year old adores one particular one!

Maintenance is very well kept look forward to returning there!

My children age 7 and 9 and myself have stayed here three times, have just booked to return in June as I know what to expect. The staff are very friendly and helpful I"ve never met receptionists who are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The bar staff are great with the kids!

My kids adore them(my little boy likes one particular female (Cisca) kids entertainers are good paying particular attention to remembering thier names!

The manageress makes an effort to get to know her clients making sure they have a good holiday and listens to you. She is also open to any queries and ideas we can"t wait to return as it"s reassurring that we"e going to have a good comfortable holiday!

This was the second year following, we stayed at these apartments, the staff are so helpful & friendly. It was our silver wedding anniversary in Sept 2003, and when the maid had finished cleaning the room, the was a bottle of champagne courtesy of the management.

The previous year we were unhappy about being in the annexe part of the hotel, but as soon as a room became free in the main part, they moved us with no quibble.

We would certainley re-use this hotel next time we travel to Majorca.

We were out most evenings, so did not see the entertainment.

Stayed here Sep. 2001. Would definitely go back. Good location in quieter part of Alcudia (Playa de Muro) plenty of shops, bars & restaurants on door step, no real need to go into busier part of Alcudia, but if you want to it's only a short cheap taxi ride away. Stayed in 1Br apartment which was clean & spacious. Maid service & towel change 5 times a week. Reception staff friendly. Food & drink was well priced and pretty good. Entertainment not brilliant, but there's plenty close at hand. Beach only a stone's throw away.

We stayed at these apartments in August and was very disappointed with the brochure description of them. They were described as quality accomodation in a peaceful location, neither of which was true. In fact, it was the worst accomodation we have ever stayed in. The whole place needs a complete refurbishment and the swimming pool is far too small for the number of guests that the apartments can accomodate. May our expectation were too high, but as we were booking with Thomson we did expect a little better. Needless to say I would not recommend or stay at this accomodation again.

My first impression when we arrived was how small the pool was when compared to the photo in the Portland brochure.During the height of the afternoon the pool got very crowded and congested. families.Entertainment goes from poor to excellent, the magician was excellent.

The staff at the hotel are the most friendliest I have encountered anywhere on my numerous holidays. The bar is reasonably priced, a pint about £1.50.The rooms are very clean and quite spacious if there is only 3 of you, like us.They are cleaned 5 days a week and towels changed the same time.We had only 2 small problems while we were there and were sorted immediatly and effeciantly. If possible ask for a quite room on the top floor as the hotel is on a busy main road and a bar/restaurant opposite plays music until about 11.30.Having said that the hotel is in an excellent location, 150 yards to the beautiful beach and about 20 mins ride to either Can Picafort and the centre of Alcudia, the bus service is quite good, though can be busy and crapmed. All in all a good holiday but nothing to get over excited about. Not a hotel for couples though.
