Myself (44) and Partner (36) visited Hotel Orange for a short 5 night break.
Checkin was smooth and helpful, we arrived at 11pm and were invited to go down to the restaurant where a meat salad and fruit and water was waiting.
Room: The room was spaceful enough for the two of us it had a small balcony with a table and two chairs, two single beds in the room, plenty of cupboard wardrobe space, a safe, which was 3 euro a day, plus 10 euro deposit.
There was a 28" flat screen tv (But no English Channels, I Believe you can request them if you want them.
There was a 3/4 bath a good shower and hotel toiletries in the bathroom.
The Pool area was adequate and kept clean for the amount of people that was there, there is no rush to put towels down but if you wanted a Parasol you had to go down before 9am.
Food was really good but does get a little repetetive but dont they all, you could see into the Kitchen through a sliding door it was spotless.
The entertainment was really good plenty going on through the day and night, Drinks were reasonable a good pint of Amstell was €2.50 not bad for a hotel.
The only Problem with this Hotel it is right in the middle of Clubland you cannot get any closer, I woke every morning at 7.30am to watch the madness of the young kids going home fighting etc the spanish were worse than the English believe me there mad, It was quite funny to watch, I set my alarm so I wouldnt miss it (sad heh)
All in all this Hotel is great for Adults not groups it was 70% spanish in the hotel but they were very nice people the staff were excellent and very helpful especially Alison in the reception she gave us a great cure for sunstroke (it was very hot) I wont be going back to benidorm ever again due to the nutters that go there but if this hotel was somewhere else I would deffo visit again.

JUST GOT BACK 5 HOURS AGO IT WAS 36 and 21 at 12 midnight.
Stayed at the Orange for first time, not sure about the English square, but no problem if you want to go to bed about 11 or 12 just close the doors and you can't hear the noise outside.
Everything about the hotel was great, even with my partner a none meat and sea food eater, we just asked if the chef could make soomthing else and it was no problem, hotel was very very clean, nice pool area plenty of sun loungers and they still go out at 8am to get there towel on the bed.
There is entertanment, but we went to all the shows around there and if you wanted to go to the beach less than 5mins away, 12 Euros for 2 loungers and a shade.
We would go there again with no problem.
If you want to ask me anything about the hotel or the area just email me dentil12@hotmail.com and I will give you truthfull answers.

This is the third year running that we have stayed at the Hotel Orange and already are planing to go back next year.
The location is excellant, rooms are large enough for 2 and are very cean. The air conditioning is superb.
You could not fault the food, there was always plenty of choice even for the fussiest of eaters.
I would highly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to my 4th visit.

The Hotel Orange is fantastic it caters for all ages. We have been going in October for a while now but also go earlier on in the year too.

There is always something to do on a daytime with activities all day and also at night they have great dancing and acts.

The orange is in a great location right in the English square where all the nightlife is. Believe me I never go anywhere else on my holidays. I love it!

Hotel

A very nice clean hotel, the rooms are on parr to any 3* hotel in benidorm, plenty of room for just the 2 of you (could be a bit crowded if there was 3), maid service every day, beds and towels changed daily. The air conditioning was very quiet you couldn't even hear it!, you had a choice of three settings. Your room card, controlled the air conditioning, (but we just put a blockbuster card in the slot, when we went out,) - so room was lovely and cool when we came back in!. We emailed the hotel to ask for a room on the second or third floor, overlooking the pool, we got exactly what we asked for a room on the second floor, overlooking the pool (room 222)- so very happy bunnies!!. It has been mentioned previousely that the walls were thin - we never heard a thing (Must have had considerate neighbours), the only time I heard anything was when I was getting a shower on an evening, you could hear next door talking if they were in the bathroom, - but as we didnt have to sleep in the bathroom it was not a problem!.The noise from over the road could be heard on an evening, but believe me, as soon as the patio doors were shut, you couldn't hear anything.Another thing I could not believe, (as I have never encountered this before), is that no-one (Whilst we were there anyway), put their towels on the sunbeds to reserve them, we could go down round the pool at dinner, and there would be spare sunbeds!. You could also hire a fridge for 3E per day, or 18E per week. The television also has a few english channels (and they are changed daily, one day it could be itv3, next bbc1 etc..), the only reason we knew this, is that we would put the telly on whilst we got ready on an evening (We wern't a couple of saddos who stayed in and watched the telly every night lol!), Except on the very last night, (as we were getting picked up very early morning), I rang reception to ask them if they would put itv3 on, as I wanted to watch corrie lol! (bbc2 was on), and they changed channels immediately!

Food

A good selection of food at breakfast, eggs, sausages, beans, black pudding, tomatoes, and bacon (why do the hotels always have that fatty streaky bacon?) - must have funny pigs in spain! , would love to stay at a hotel and have back bacon!, nice selection of cheeses, meats, fruit, cereal etc.., Oh, and a member of staff filling the toasting machine, up, and serving the toast to you which was great!

The evening meals were nice too, although my only gripe would be that every night fish, pork, and pizza was served, there was a lack of hot food, but the salad selection was very nice, with a selection of different cheeses, and meats served.Poached salmon, smoked salmon, and fresh prawns was served one night, which was lovely. They did an italian night - this only consisted of spinich lasagne, and salmon ravioli!,- but believe me you won't starve, - we always found something to eat, the food is lovely and of a good standard, - just not a great deal of choice of hot meals, - but this didn't bother us, we actually preferred the salads, and cold selection!

Entertainment

I really could not comment on the entertainment, as we went out of an evening, but from what I saw when sitting on the balcony, I would say this was on parr with other hotels entertainment program, magic show, parrot show (God, if you have seen one parrot, you have seen them all lol!), free bingo, with prizes (bottle or chocs) etc... etc..

Location

I have saved the worst bit, for last! Whilst there we saw a couple of fights, (2am ish), right near to the orange hotel, this could be quite off putting, (and frightening), for the older generation (didn't really bother us, - as it was just like any saturday night , around our local town lol!) - Although if I had not have ducked one night, and run quickly to one side, I could havegot caught up in one of tyhe fights, and got quite a nasty injury - I have to say (in defence of the english), it was the spanish lads we witnessed fighting (not to say the english lads have never been caught up in a scrap!), - what astounded me though, was there was a policeman, only a few yards up from where one fight was taking place, and he did absolutely nothing at all! Although we were there in the high season, it could be a completely different story in low season!

All in all, a great hotel, just a slight pity, about the location, although having said that, it would not put me off going again!

Have a fab time!

This is the second year running we have stayed in the Hotel Orange, and I can honestly say I think it was better this year than last.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Right on the square and only a few minutes to the beach.

The hotel is spotlessly clean with the maids coming everyday to change the towels and make the beds. The rooms are a decent size with plenty of storage space.

Don't worry about hearing any outside noise as once the balcony doors are closed you can't hear anything.
The air con is brilliant and silent.

The food in the hotel is excellent with plenty of choices and it is always hot.Even the fussiest of eaters will find something they like.

We didn't make it to the pool although there were announcements about reserving beds or leaving them unattended for more than 1/2 an hour.

Can't comment on the entertainment, as we didn't bother with it.

I would recommend the hotel to everyone and am already looking forward to our 3rd visit next year.

Came on a lads holiday to the Orange.

Found the hotel to be clean. The staff were all very friendly. Food was ok might be a bit repetetive if here for more than a week.

The location if you want to be where it's happening is perfect straight out of the lobby into sinatras with the Cafe Benidorm on the corner.

Would definitely come back to this hotel.

We stayed full board. The food was good would not have full board again too much eating lol.

The hotel is very clean and the staff were brilliant nothing too much trouble for them at all. Clean towels everyday.

If you are not on your sunbed around the pool after 30 mins of leaving it your towel is whipped away "which is good" and it is done because we saw it happen, shame we never saw their faces when they returned to see their towels gone.

The hotel is over the road from Cafe Benidorm and champions but it never stopped any of us getting to sleep once the doors were closed. Its a great location near to everything you need, good for us fall out of cafe benidorm straight into our beds lol. Charlie and Stacey watched the football in the sanctuary "where the entertainment is" and we saw two artistes, a big place to fill but they always did,bar staff were very quick at serving which was good.

This is a central situated hotel. A "no frills" category, with the usual luke warm food in a buffet type restaurant. Food selection basic. The restaurant does not open until 7 pm evening and makes for a full table situation on occasions, making the Norman Wisdom type manager fly around a bit.
The rooms are clean, our bathroom flooded when the bath emptied. Maintenance unable to alleviate. The Ants didn't seem to mind either.
Poor smoking policy in the main entertainment lounge, we were choked every evening by smoke.
Can't really recommend. Better places in Benidorm.
But cheap for the price we paid.

Hotel Orange is very clean and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Food was good with plenty of choice.

The area the hotel was in was rather shabby,But considering the nightclubs opposite, we had no
problems with any noise.

The main lounge/entertainment area allowed smoking all over, the only non smoking area was a piano bar, which had no music, TV or even a bar.

I thought that Spain had banned smoking in public areas last year.

For this reason and the location we would not visit this hotel again, which is a pity.

Food at this hotel excellent although at times restaurant was busy never had any problems finding a table. Staff came to you straight away to offer you a drink.

Towels changed every day room was kept spotless, as were all areas of the hotel.

Right in the heart of the square, but as mentioned before when balcony doors were closed there was no problem with noise. Clubs and bars on your doorstep.

Staff very pleasant could not do enough for you especially reception staff very helpful indeed.

Cannot comment on entertainment as did not spend any evenings in hotel, too much happening outside!

The hotel is central to everything.
A few mins walk to the beach and slap bang in the middle of where all the bars and clubs are.

Hotel was very clean and the staff on reception were particularly helpful.

The food was absolutely excellent. Way above what you would expect from a 3*.

One thing that was a pleasant surprise was that at ANY time of the day, we were able to get sunbeds no problem.

Didn't stay in the hotel to sample the entertainment so I can't comment on that.

Having never stayed in Benidorm before my family and I have just come back from an excellent 2 weeks at the Hotel Orange.
This is a very good hotel with a wide range of ages even the locals use it, we were right in the square and once your doors are shut you can't hear a thing.

The entertainment was of average but you don't need it staying here. There is a problem with reserving sunbeds from 8.00am regardless of the notices and announcements made.

The staff are very friendly and the reception is very helpful. The rooms and beds are cleaned every day and towels changed every day. The buffett style meals are excellent something for everyone (chips for brekkie)and desserts galore (whooohoo kids)

The beach is 5 minute walk which is of use if you don't mind being on your own when the kids won't leave the pool. Would recommend a trip to Terra Mitica 12 Euros in taxi, the old town is only a walk along the front.

The market is mostly the same stuff but only being 5 minutes away worth a walk. The only annoying thing was the staff working for the different pubs/clubs with ticket offers are on every corner, just found to take them off them and walk away was the easiest thing .

Would recommend a night out at Bar La Rue for 5 Euros what an excellent night

What can I say about hotel Orange only that it was fantastic.

I don’t usually stay in a hotel as I am a picky eater and prefer to eat out, but that wasn’t the case here the food was excellent of a very high standard, it was always fresh no rubber fried eggs here you a very wide choice.

The whole hotel was spotless the rooms where cleaned and towels changed every day. The staff were friendly. No problems with sun beds.

They say you know a good place when the locals use it there where plenty of Spanish people there.

The location is great you are just beside every thing this was my third time in Benidorm but the first to stay so central, and it was great. Once the patio doors where closed you could here nothing.

The air conditioning is out of this world I have been to many places and never had it like this we even had to turn it of at nights (never been known for me to do that).

We didn’t find the entertainment very good and the music round the pool was in Spanish.

Would go back to this hotel.

ps we hired a fridge from the hotel which was brilliant.

The hotel Orange is a must for all age groups I have travelled to Benidorm every year for the past 7 years and have stayed in many excellent hotels but this to my family was the creme de la creme.

The towels are changed every day, the rooms are spacious, the air con is wonderful.

It is in a prime location where everything is on the doorstep.

The food was excellent with a wide range of variety and choice.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

The lifts were plentiful.

The pool was clean sunbeds were easy to get.

I totally loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be going back next year.

Having been to Benidorm before but at the far end of the Levante area , we decided to try nearer "the action" , albeit we're both a bit too old for that carry on but our youngest was with us so .........

Anyway positionally , the hotel is "on the money" , straight across from Sinatras & Linekers . Thought I was in for a rowdy time as the world cup was in full swing when there ( end of June / beg. July ). Surprisingly that wasn't the case and whilst we watched the wee hours drift by from our balcony there didn't seem to be any trouble at all .My main issue about it's location is having to weave through the throngs of partygoers jumping from disco to disco which were adjacent to the hotel . That part we certainly didn't appreciate when booking up .

The hotel itself was great , very clean and has certainly improved in appearance since it's recent makeover . The room we had , did have three single beds and there was still some room to move about , thankfully great air-conditioning and the balcony was also of a nice size . The maids are round everyday and you can change your towels as often as you want .
The food I thought was good , usually well presented and with a themed dish(es)every day . My only gripe about the food was the frequency with how often the same options appeared on the menu . Certainly there is a week long rota so if there for 2 weeks then what you got one Monday you will get the next Monday . There is something for everyone , I would imagine , as the hotel always had pizza and a pasta dish at the end of the serving area for those who weren't keen on either the fish dish , the meat dish or the various omelettes .
The meat was either pork loin , veal or lamb . The fish varied from steaks to grilled fillets and the omelettes had a different filling each day . The salad bar also had the same repetition issues but again the food was fresh and always available . The dessert table also seemed to be well stocked up and from what my wife and son said , very nice indeed .

Overall , I would recommend the hotel . It's definitely not for young families but if your kids are old enough then certainly it will act as a good base for them .

The food was wonderful it catered for types. The breakfast was varied and the sausages were lovely. Lunch was great their salads were gorgeous with fresh fish on the menu, the salmon was yummy. Evening meal was varied and the deserts were tasty. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were extremely polite, efficient and courteous in their approach.

The air conditioning in the hotel was fantastic, lovely in the restaurant when it was busy.

The hotel was cleaned to a very high standard, and it helped that the square (the area next to the hotel where everything was going on) was jet sprayed every morning.
Clean towels every day and beds changed more than twice a week.

The location of the hotel was nice, we had our 17 year old with us so we were in the 'thick' of it. We had an end room so our bathroom window was on the side of the square, once that door was shut you could hardly hear anything.

Our room was the biggest so I would definitely want to go back in that room for a room that sleeps 3 adults.
The balconies are a good size and the hotel supplies you with a clothes maid to hang washing out, you do need your own pegs though.

Entertainment ~ there was nothing going on in the daytime around the pool, but there was nightly entertainment in the Sanctuary from 21.00hrs, starting with bingo or quizzes. Then a different show on every night.

This hotel had a glass lift at the back of the hotel, it was lovely riding in it at night seeing everything lit up from such a distance, especially from the eleventh floor.

We would go in this hotel again, this was a third time at Benidorm over a period of 11 years, the location of this establishment is superb, small walking distance to everything, not just bars, restaurants but the beach. It took us 20 minutes to walk from the old town of Benidorm to our hotel.

Well done Servigroup, we will look forward to using your service again in the near future.

Hotel Orange is the business.

If you are after a raucous stag/hen weekend then all the loud bars are right next to the hotel.

If its a quiet retreat you want then no problem - just shut your window and let the aircon take the strain.

The food is as good as I've tasted in Spain and the resto spotlessly clean.

Levante beach is a short stroll away.

Definitely the venue for the discerning gentleman.

The Location of the hotel is fantastic especially if you enjoy your nights out on the Square. There is no need to worry about the noise from the bars or people on the streets as the external sound proofing is excellent. Once the balcony doors are closed you can't hear a thing.

If you have a single room there is no balcony and there was a bit of external noise in these rooms.

The food is excellent I am a fussy eater and found plenty to eat at all the sittings. My only gripe about the food is breakfast finishes at 10 am which is a little too early, but if you are on full board then it doesn't really matter as lunch starts at 12.30 One of our group had 8 courses one lunch the choice is that great. All the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. We never had to wait for a table and the plates were cleared away quickly.

If you want a sun bed by the pool then you will have to get up early as there are not that many and these were all taken by mid morning.

My only complaint about the hotel is the walls between the rooms are thin. However this is only a minor complaint and I would definately stay in the hotel again. I would definately recommend staying here.

We went on on a stag weekend 21-24 April. The trip was booked independently by one of our party and I must say what a weekend!

The hotel was perfect. If you walk out the front door
you walk right into Sinatra's bar. Across the road is cafe Benidorm and the square with all the night life you could ever want.

The hotel was spotless with a good pool area.

The food was good but a bit repetitive.

The hotels best feature though was as I said earlier
its location it is bang on.

We will be coming back.

The hotel was very clean and the people were really friendly.

The hotel was situated in the middle of the main night life and I loved it, although a didn't stay in our hotel on a night because there was so much to do out of the hotel complex.

The food was beautiful in and out of the hotel.

If you looking for a lively holiday I would recommend going on holiday here and going to this hotel.

A very high quality 3* hotel. The location is the best thing about the hotel, all the clubs and pubs are within easy walking distance.

All these clubs/pubs have hours of entertainment every night. There is bound to be something for everyone and it all at no extra cost.

The hotel does attract a middle aged clientel so there is not much for small children to do. Pool and sunterrace always clean with plenty of sunbeds. Rooms and all areas inside the hotel were very clean, staff friendly and helpful.

Buffet meals with a good chioce of different of food. The Orange is in the middle of the Levante part of town and nothing is to far from you the market, beach, Old Town and all the other shops/cafe/resturants.

Food was plentiful and well cooked, plenty of choice. Themed food from different countries also available most evenings.

Newly refurbished when I stayed. Every area cleaned thoroughly and often. Towels changed as often as you wish.

Location could not be more central for night time entertainment, and just a few minutes to the beach.

This hotel has the most friendly and obliging staff I have ever come across - very welcoming. Customer service is excellent.

The entertainment could be more exciting, but hey with all Benidorm on your doorstep it doesn't seem that important.

Will certainly stay here again in the future.

Hi
Food was ok, but a bit repetitive, if you like pork you are ok. Location was brilliant about 12 bars right on your doorstep, but 90% of people staying there where over 50.

Which means no balls in pool, no noise and dont come back late or you will be followed to room by security, bif you are single try somewhere else unless you like it quiet.

This hotel is fully opened again following refurbishment, I would use this hotel again, most people were middle aged, formed orderly queue's, spotless clean, towels beding changed every day.

Hotel food was terriffic, there was some thing for everyone, breakfast, fruit juice, ceareal's egg/bacon sausage, black pud, toast, tea coffee, two menus on at lunch and dinner time, you would eat at least one chicken, fish, omlettes, pizza's even steak pie, chips and gravy.

Location was excellent, bit noisy after the music went off at 3am,that went on till 8am.

Entertainment was not so good same acts every second night.

I would go back to this hotel again, but not in high season, to many drunks knocking about.
