| said: We booked the levante club appts and a studio.
When we arrived they sent us over the road! They then sent us up the hill to the levante Lux. We ended up with a 1 bedroom appt on the 13th floor.Having had a quick look round the other properties I think we did well out of this!
These appts are the quietest of the 3, the rooms are large, clean and well equipped.
If I go back I will ask specifically for these appts.
most of the staff we found to be really helpful and friendly, the 1 bloke could be a bit surly.
because we were high up we had a sea view.
If I have to find fault it would be the lifts, they're too small! and 1 of the 2 was being worked on most days.
I would have no hesitation in going back here.

| said: Deposit is 60 euro and is taken immediately from you on arrival. please check itinerary and go over the room meticulously when you enter. we never noticed that the couch had 2 spars broken at the end of it(underneath the sofa) but on checking out the maid noticed it and they wanted 12 euros deducted from our deposit. i argued that as this wasn't on their itinerary check list we wouldn't have looked for it, so eventually they took off 6 euro from deposit.
never ate in the hotel, but the staff were prompt at getting things you required ie fixing the shower and blankets.
room was clean and good size. when it rained there was absolutely nothing for the kids to do apart from play pool (one table) or internet access.
kids went in the swimming pool once and said it was baltic (they said - colder than the sea).
overall a good base for a holiday and someplace to sleep, but i wouldn't go back.

| said: these appartments are very average rooms cleaned and towels changed twice in 11 days. staff very unfreindly security guard very nice. you have to pay 60 euros deposit, 40 euros for safty deposit box and 6 euros a night for airconditioning. it is a good location thats about all thats good the pool is clean bit small and shaded from 12 in the afternoon. its a good job we went self catering so we didnt spend that much time there. i would not go back there again as the staff are the worst i have met. but i would go back to benidorm.

| said: Apartments where of a good standard and upon arrival where spotlessly clean.They are in a good location away from all the hustle and bustle but not too far away from the nightlife, some decent small bars around and about.
Balconies are large, but please be careful if you have little ones with you, it would be so easy for them to climb onto the rails. There is a small wall about 2' high and then a set of railings sits on top of this and I could well imagine them being quite inviting for an adventurous child.You wont get much of a view from the balcony as you are surrounded by other hotels.
The swimming pool was o.k. when we were there but I would think space around it would become limited in high season.
Cant comment on the food in the bar as we ate out every night and think they had karaoke on in there a few nights.
As has been previously stated, £40 or 60 euro's deposit required on check in and the appartments are checked upon departure before this is returned.
In our opinion a good value for money place to stay.

| said: Very pleased with apartment, C3 , overlooked pool, shaded pool and not large, cleaned each day.
I booked it because all write ups said it was clean and that is what I like, quite a few bars close by,mostly english, some good meals and sizes and goood prices.
Didnt eat in hotel, just did snacks,staff were helpful if neeeded, did have to pay £40 deposit for key, got it back at end of holiday. We always left ours so we didnt lose it ,as it was a card and ours had a rip in it.
Apartment was fitted out well. Dont think there was much entertainment. Pubs close by good prices for drinks, happy hour a must.
Would stay there again.

| said: We stayed in Levante Lux for a week and they were absolutely spotless. The kitchen was fully fitted with white units and a full size cooker(4 rings and an oven)They were all immaculately clean! Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers which is rare nowadays.T here's even another unit in the lounge area with more cupboards and drawers,spacious lounge area,decent bathroom and a great powerful shower over a full sized bath. The bedroom was adequate and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The balcony had a table and four chairs which sat in a small recess and the rest of the balcony was the full length of the apartment,plenty of space for sunbathing!!
The pool itself wasn't huge but big enough to have a wee swim or have a splash about.
All in all we were really impressed with these apartments which we booked 3 weeks before we went away.
We are going back to Benidorm again next year so would definitely go back here to stay. They are in a good location too, a five to 10 minute walk to the beach down a slight hill (seems like a mountain when you're carrying a 5 litre bottle of water though)or a five to 10 minute walk down a shortcut to the square.

| said: The hotel was in a nice location situated near the main resort. The hotel was very clean with friendly staff and the rooms were very spacious with a well equipped kitchen.
The pool was lovely and cleaned every day.
Although we went self-catering we did have bar snacks and they were nice.
Evening entertainment was karaoke but there was internet and computer games for the kids.
We would definitely go back to this hotel the rep Gill was great really friendly and helpful

| said: I went with a group of friends for our first holiday aboard on our own.
The apartment was very clean and towels were changed twice a week.
We went out for food most of the time, the times we had snack in the apartment cafe it basic chips, pizza etc.
The staff are Spanish and do try understand customers best can.
There is plenty of food places around about a 10 min walk down the hill to the front and there is a Mcdonalds, there is also I good Chinese around there and lots of promenade restaurants on the walk along. If in the square which is a 10-15 min walk away max. There is a sit in chippy called the "Codfather" There is also little supermarket within minutes of the apartments for water etc. Yorkshire Pride was told by others does a brillant breakfast at great value.
Can't really comment on the entertainment because we were never there if there was any we went away out for food and out for the night.

| said: We travelled in June 2006 apartments were very clean & tidy & a good size as we had a 2 bed apartment, the staff helped if you needed anything.
Only karaoke for entertainment but we weren't bothered as Benidorm is full of entertainment & we were out every night any way.
It was about 10 mins walk to the main night life which was ok as you got a quiet night sleep.
I would go back to the Levente lux if I went to Benidorm again.

The apartment very clean and staff very friendly even made our family welcome though they were staying elsewhere.
Supermarket just round the corner and up the hill.
Entertainment just karaoke but as loads of entertainment just down the hill in the White Horse, Plaza and Triangle it didn't matter.
The food was good and reasonable when they had in stock what you wanted. For cheap meals and great portions try Yorkshire Pride down hill and first right.
Have stayed here before the rest of my family are already booked to say in 06 after their first visit to Benidorm at Xmas. Only downside is the dog dirt watch your feet.

| said: This was our first every self catering holiday in an apartment, and we were so pleased, the complex was cleaned to a high standard, the staff were so very friendly.
We did not eat at the complex and there was no entertainment, but we like to explore and therefore was happy with that.
We hope to return again next september.

Also didn't see a problem with the hill, wasn't really that big.
For any young groups going, see the reps about the bar crawls on a Sunday and a Thursday 5E a night........ well worth it.

| said: We found the hotel very clean and staff helpful the location was ok not to far from the beach and night life, about 15 mins down hill slow walk to the beach.
There is building work going on around the hotel but nothing we had a problem with, we never stayed around the pool has there was never any sunbeds free because of the early morning towel run and I was not going to resort to that.
No entertainment as far as I could see, bar closed about midnight.

| said: Wow, just got back from my hoildays yesterday,to say I was happy with the holiday is an understatment.
The appartments are very clean and spacious, the staff are fab, and nothoing is to much trouble for them.
I took my family with children ranging from three teenagers, to my grandchildren aged 4 yrs and another aged 4 months, there was plenty to do and we all had a brilliant time.
The pool is just right, with plenty of space for sun bathing if you wish,there are some computers with internet conection for the children as well.
The food is great overall this place is magic.
The only negative things I would have to mention is the hill on the way back to the appartments from the beach, if you are athsmatic like myself, on a hot day it can be a bit of a chore, but thats what taxis are for!!!
The entertainment back at the apartments is a bit lame in the evenings but hey, theres so much to do else where it doesnt matter at all. Got to say we had the best rep in the world!!! Paul if you see this you are the greatest!!
If you have any reservations about going to this fantastic place dont, its the best, cant wait to go back!!

| said: This hotel is spotless. The kitchen units, pots pans, sink, cooker, fridge all like new. Bathroom the same with a very very good powerfull shower, we had a one bedroomed appartment on the 4th floor. Very spacious.
The balcony the same. The pool area and bar area the same.
The staff from the cleaners to the management are a credit to Benidorm, well done and thankyou. The same to first choice.

| said: This hotel is very clean, the cleaners are very good at there job, they come in your room twice a week with new towels and they make the beds for you.
The food is very nice there, my friends I went with had there luch there most days, the prices are very good.
The location of this hotal, is not far from anything, there are supar markets all around and the town is only a 5 min walk, pay phones are just out side the hotel, and some in side as well.
If you like the beach, its only a 5 min walk away with the bars and shops next to it as well.
The staff I found spoke very good English and really friendly, if you need someone to talk to there always there.
The entertainment, wasn't much in the hotel, but all the enrertainment was only down the road, you won't hear the noise from any of it, so if you need a good night sleep, you will do.

| said: We booked a last minute deal with First Choice, so were allocated these apartments on arrival.
Apartments were spotless and the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
Location was great, close to beach and all amenities.
Entertainment consisted of Karaoke only but as we wanted to get out and about at night it didn’t matter to us.
Food was snack bar style.
This was our first visit to Benidorm, we will definitely book these apartments on our next visit.

The pool is great and there are more than enough sunbeds for everyone,the bar serves snacks all day.
Alex is the manager and along with all his staff they can't do enough to help you, they all speak English plus there is also an English lad who works there.
The first choice rep is also really good.
Great pub just around the corner the Jukebox, really good food.
All in all top notch apartments and I'll be booking again soon.

The bar served a variety of food and drinks that were slightly more expensive than the surrounding pubs. There were only two lift which would be sufficient if the horrible little kids didn't press all the buttons.
The rooms had plenty of space and were well maintained and very clean.

Staff are lovely. Situated near enough to everything but set back just enough not to be near any noise etc . atmosphere here always nice.
Been to these apartments about five times in previous years. Going again next week and already booked for next year. Bar downstairs does snacks , burgers , chips etc., seems to stay open all night as long as they have customers. So you can have a late drink if you like.
Definately reccomend it.

| said: Nice new looking apartment building. Very clean inside reception, bar & pool area. Apartments are clean with a good range of nice furniture. The cooking facilities are all electric so if your used to gas it can take a while for the hobs to get hot. The kitchen area is clean the appliances are all clean and look well maintained. Spacious balcony although on ours apartment 5B, the metal railing did wobble slightly.
Bathroom clean and tidy with towels provided, cleaner came in twice weekly to service room and change towels and linen.
Deposit is 60 Euros or 40 pounds, refunded when you leave. The apartment is checked for damage.
We paid 30 Euros for air-conditioning but found out after it had been turned off on the second day of our holiday that we should have paid 42 Euros. We showed the receipt which had our arrival date and the leaving date and the amount paid, it was also signed.
We where then told that they had us down for leaving that day! This was sorted but happened again on the Wednesday, again we had to sort it out, and again we were told that they had us down for leaving on that day! Communication between staff not great!
Pool area is great, nice size for adults to swim and a seperate pool for kids. The area around the pool is a nice size although it does get packed with lounges and inflatables (there is a notice telling people not to have inflatables around the pool area, nobody seems to take notice.
Bar area is ok with pool (not a great table)and other games. They have a good selection of drinks, alcoholic, beverages etc. They also have coolers with bottled water, ice-creams and soft drinks. You can also buy milk. They offer a range of snacks and you can get a cooked breakfast. Night-time entertainment consists of karaoki and that's about it.
Altogether a nice clean place with good facilities.
These apartments do cater for all groups, families, young couples and singles so sometimes offensive lauguage can be heard from young lads.
Nice walk to beach front with plenty of English eating places, pubs and an English supermarket (cost is slightly more than in a Spanish one).
Would go back Levante Lux apartments, really enjoyed our stay.
George (works on the night shift) is a nice guy, can't do enough to help you.

For food I would recommend the yorkshire pride 2, it has just opened and Marianos, which is next to the Piccadilly sports bar.
The first choice reps were also good.

| said: These apartments are situated close to the resort centre. It is about 600m away from the centre so there is not much noise of an evening. The rooms were very clean. The pool was quite large and the kids really enjoyed it. There is a pool table and a pool side bar which serves hot and cold snacks. The staff are very friendly (especially George). There isnt alot of evening entertainment but twice a week there is a karaoke. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely be going back there. Our overall rating is 9/10.

We payed £1800 3 Adults & 3 Children for a two bedroomed apartment.
On arrival you will need 40 pounds deposit & recieve an electronic key card.
We also hired a safe at the cost of 2 euros per night + 6 euros deposit.
The mother in law paid 30 euros per week for the air conditioning!
Having requested a low floor we were a bit relieved we were on 5th floor Although I must say, we sometimes waited 10 mins for the lifts which really seemed like half an hour .
You are not permitted to hang towels over the balcony & dont forget to empty your own rubbish around the side of the complex.
Rooms are cleaned weekly

Towels changed twice weekly
The rooms are very spacious. The kitchen units are white & brand new. The balcony was a huge 20ft x 8
The kids loved the pool although I thought it looked a little smaller than it looked in the brochure.
The entertainment only started on our 2nd week and it mainly focused on the karaoke scene.
I think the "slight gradient" brochures describe this apartment is away from the beach is inexaggerated, the first 300 meters walking back from the beach was tougher than the mother in law expected.
On a happier note though the apartments were ideally situated away from the hustle & bustle & we had no problems sleeping at night as the "Estocolomo" road it is on is a quiet one.
If you are changing money, use the one towards the bottom of calle "Londres", we went all around levante looking for the best rates. I was aware of rip off exchanges & I STILL GOT RIPPED OFF!
I got 123 euros in one place for £100!
But really, this place beats the indoor market and you can change a tenner at the same rate
If your planning going to the Aqualandia waterpark use this place to get discount tickets .
If your with the family take advantage of the happy hours!
The White horse and the place across the road offer 2 pints of amstell at 2.20 euros 20.00-2200
For english meals try the british queen on the same road.
Our biggest downfall we had with this apartments was we spotted a cockroach in our room the kids screamed as they didnt expect to see them here!
We didnt spot anymore, not in the apartments anyway.
OVERALL 7\10 no more than what we payed for I think!
