We stayed for a week in March (3 days in Sitges is plenty) and although the weather was warming up and the sun trying to shine through, the hotel had a very cold and unwelcoming atmosphere so we spent as little time as possible there.
Its probably quite different in high summer, but out of season I couldn't recommend it to anyone, and we found almost every other hotel in Sitges to be much more comfortable and friendly.
There was also major and noisy construction going on right outside the hotel as they are building a large municipal underground carpark under the road directly adjacent to the hotel.
Breakfast buffet was average but definitely not worth the 14 euros a head we were charged. You can get better food and ambience for about half that price almost anywhere else in town.
Be warned that parking at the hotel will cost you 21 euros a day which was more than the rental car cost us!!

Sixth floor with large balcony superb views of promenade in both directions. Large bedroom with inter connecting door to adjacent room that can be easily locked from either side. More than sufficient wardrobe/cupboard space. Very clean well presented. Mini bar infridge in room.tv with 4 english speaking channels.
Breakfast consists of self service in first floor restaurant over looking sea front. Excellent choice of varied hot and cold food. Did not eat evening meal in hotel so cannot comment. Not aware of any hotel entertainment but the resort and hotel were quiet as early season. Reception spacious welcoming and efficient.
Small plunge pool just completed with limited seating around. Hotel has recently been fully renovated and I would fully recommend it for an adult holiday.
The hotel is more a businessman hotel than a family style offering no gaming machines play areas etc for children. It has conference facilities and the majority of people stopping when we stayed were business people.
