Staff were very helpful and polite. Good location just a short walk to all bars.
We would stay at these apartments again no bother, in fact we are booking for New Year.

| said: We stayed in the paraiso 10 apartments for the 2nd time. These are excellent rooms with very friendly, helpful staff both in reception and bar area. The rooms are clean and tidy with a good self catering kitchen and a huge balcony area. We stayed on 12th floor and the view is great. The market is next to the apartments, and the beach, nightlife are both only five mins away.
The pool area is well kept with sun beds provided for a charge of 1.50 euros a day.
The paradise 10 has a bar serving breakfasts and snacks all reasonably priced and there is a pool table and various arcade games for the kids.
All in all a very good place to stay and we would go to these apartments again.

| said: We booked a 2 bedroom apartment thinking this would give us more space but please note 2 bedroom apartments do not have balconys.
The apartment needed refurbished and although beds were clean i had to clean fridge and cutlery in kitchen myself.towels are only changed twice weekly not enough for family of 4.
The location was not the best but as soon as you left the apartment there was a decent pub called paradise corner which had ok food for snacking and occasional meals.
Our view from hotel was a horrible dirt track where you could see romanian gypsys sleeping and picking leftovers from hotel bins each day and night, and a constant noise of a donkey braying.
The pool had no life gaurd and no bar. If you wanted a cold drink you had to go to the vistamar next door-very inconvenient. I will go back to benidorm but not paraiso 10

| said: The hotel is set slightly up the hill away from the noise of Benidorm, however the walk to the beach and the nightlife proved a little too far for my five year old son. When we arrived our room was not ready and on top of that they wanted a 60 euro deposit for the room. Surely paying £1200 for the holiday is all the deposit they should need.
We were located in a room just outside the lifts which meant that it was quite a noisy room with people waiting for lifts all the time. The hotel seemed to have mixed families with young groups of people which I did'nt think worked. The room was ok but the air con did not work and the bathroom was a bit stinky. The rooms are in need of a refurbishment. The spare bed in the living room is not a bed at all its an uncomfortable sofa which is awful to sleep on. The balcony is large and closed off so that was great for my son. The kitchen was good when I noticed things missing the staff quickly replaced them. The Tv costs 50cents for 45 minutes but luckily ours broke and we had free tv for most of the holiday. You should be aware that you are expected to get rid of your own rubbish at the end of the holiday. It also appeared that someone was in our room each day it was either cleaners, people emptying the tv money, reception staff checking kitchen equipment, soneone replacing kitchen equipment, I never felt that we had any privacy.
However the reception staff were lovely and really helpful, the bar is clean and looks great, service can be a bit slow. There is no entertainment
We had to share the pool with another hotel and at times the pool was very crowded and not safe for my son to float around in. You have to pay for your sunbeds but we didnt mind. However there was no pool bar or snack area so you had to walk to get you ice creams. The toilets around the pool were spotless. If you dont mind basic no frills hotel then this is ok but we would not return here again.

I thought the hotel itself was clean. The staff that I had dealt with like, the English lady that worked at the front desk was really helpful she even came and fixed our bathroom toilet on one occasion when it broke.
Had one day where the TV did not work and they gave us 50 cent back to watch the TV. The room was basic had everything in it that you needed for a self catering holiday the only problem we had was we booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was on the 1st floor which did not have a balcony which was a bit of a disappointment.
The location to Benidorm was close enought for us all to walk to. The market was close to the hotel.
The hotel was at the top of a hill

| said: It's our first visit to Benidorm, we were a bit apprehensive with it only costing us £500 for the 10 night stay, but we had a great holiday.
The apartments are basic but quite adequate and clean. As usual with benidorm all hotels and aparts are high rises and the Paraiso 10 is at least 25 storeys tall, we stayed on the 17th.
There are 4 lifts the kitchen is good with fridge freezer hob & grill plenty of storage, living room/bedroom is large enough for kids, the TV costs half a euro for 45 mins. Main bedroom is a bit small with an ample w-robe and a safe inside, bathroom & balcony are quite large, plus we had air-con.
The pool is shared use with the Vistamar and there's a charge of 1.5 euro per sunbed it's unusual but at least you don't have to get up early to get a one.
The reception were helpful.
The Paradise Corner bar clean & great for food & beer, we recommend & will return here

| said: hotel was approx 1 mile from the beach, which was convenient as having 3 young children with us 3,5, and 8 I would not recommend this hotel if you have young kids. Although we were on the 4th floor the balcony was a bit scary as the kids can get a bit to close to the railings.
I found the male receptionist one miserable so and so. The lift was soaking wet from people who had been to the pool, I reported it to him, so unhelpful.
We had to pay 50 cents for 45 mins to view television, I thought it a disgrace, only one we were able to view was tiny tots, which was ok for the kids, as we were in most nights.
The weather was awful, can't blame the hotel for that.
There was no entertainment and nothing for youngsters.i I wouldn't go back there.
The market was very handy to the hotel.

| said: Can't say I was over-impressed with these apartments. Very small but clean nevertheless. Furniture was shabby. Was afraid to use the coffee table in case it collapsed or we caught something. Could do with a major upgrade/overhaul in my opinion. Another "guest" at the same time as us called it a dive. Maybe a bit unkind but I've certainly stayed in much better apartments and would never go back to these.
Pool was ice cold and un-usable. A bit too far away from the building for my liking.

| said: This was our third visit to the Paraiso 10 Apartments, as they are located close enough to easily access the nightlife but far away enough not to encounter noise!!
Apartment was very good for two but would have been a bit cramped for the full occupancy of 4. We were on the 25th floor and the view was spectacular, especially the firework display on Sunday evening in the old town.
The lifts are a bit slow, but you're on holiday so who cares?? Thank goodness for the air con. As the temperature was really hot - take care to ensure that the balcony doors are closed properly as the air con will not work otherwise.

Hotel situated well, close to market not far from the main shopping areas and bars/restaurants.
No rush for sunbeds some still available around lunchtime, pool area clean and a nice size, shame about the sunbed attendant! although there was a much more pleasant one on a Monday!.
Felt very safe in and around hotel at all times.
Titanic Bar behind hotel very welcoming and always busy. Yorkshire Pride - very good place to eat!

| said: Apartments are a mixture of residential & holiday lets, ours was clean & spacious & nicely furnished with a massive balcony area, but could have done with air-con.
Don't bother going into the reception unless you've booked with Thompsons, we'd booked independently with Wintersunshineholidays.com & got told off for using it as a short cut to the bar!
Nice pool area shared with Vista Mar the Apartments next door some were disappointed at the lack of a pool bar so make sure you take a cool bag as its a bit of a trek into the Paraiso's bar or to the supermarket next door for your cold drinks.
Sunbeds are 1.50 each which ensures there's always plenty left if you don't get up while late, though the Spanish guy that rents them out is a misery A very unfriendly. If you leave your beds unattended & don't put a towel on them he collects them back & even if you've got a ticket he'll try to charge you again.

| said: We thought these apartments were great for the price that we paid.
The staffs were excellent as we could not get the apartment door open! The handy man was straight up and repaired it. My friend then tripped the electric switch which shows they are up to good standards for health and safety.
The beds are a bit hard and space can be limited the 2 kids were on a sofa bed in the living room but it didn’t bother them. The balconies are secure and have good views. As for muggers alley we used it every night no problem but probably wouldn’t do it alone.
The market is a short stroll from the hotel but we found it too crowded and some of the stall holders especially the ones doing hair braiding can be very pushy.
The pool area is nice and clean and plenty of room for both sets of guests. I would recommend these apartments to anyone as they in a good location close to everything but far enough to be quiet.
As for Benidorm itself I thought it would be trashy but it was excellent there something for everyone. The square can be a bit rowdy on a Saturday but if you easily offended stay away we thought it was funny but we are still young and the kids were just amazed especially the 13 yr old.
Overall I would recommend Benidorm to anyone and don’t be put off by the Blackpool with sunshine tag. If you are after culture try the more secluded areas of Spain! It suits anyone from singles to families to older people but please explore it’s a lovely place.
If its a cheap base to explore the area you looking for then the Parasio 10 ii is. Visit the sea life centre its a good walk but well worth the money to get in!

| said: We stayed for a 3 night quick break at these apartments and found the staff on reception friendly when we checked in. We were asked for a security deposit of either £20 or €30 and given 2 room keys and a remote control for the T.V.
There are 4 lifts to these apartments, 2 for odd floors and 2 for evens. We were on the 17th floor and found the lifts to be quite slow. The apartments feel really secure as you have to have a key to get in through the main door of the building and can also double lock your door as you go out.
The apartment was clean if a little bit dated and the beds were as hard as a rock. I wouldn't like to sleep any more than 3 people in here as there just isn't the room in a 1 bedroom apartment. There was plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space and the kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook any meals there. If you want to watch T.V. there is a charge of 50 cents for 45 mins viewing. There was channel 5, sky news and sky sports as well as eurosport. The bathroom was tired looking but clean and the balcony was a really good size and from the height we were you could see the sea.
The apartments have a nice bar attached called Paradise Corner and also a swimming pool and terrace shared with the Vistamar next door. The location was good and if I was looking for a budget holiday in the future I would stay here again.

| said: 4 adults and 1 child stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment on the 11th floor. The apartment was very spacious with a nice size fully equipped kitchen, living room with 2 settees (one used as a bed for my 8 yr old at night) and dining area.
The bedrooms were spacious, particularly the master and the bathroom sufficient with a great shower over the bath.
Fully air conditioned which was an absolute god send and fantastic pool area. The hotel itself was spotless throughout and the reception and bar staff couldn't be friendlier.
No bad reports about 'muggers alley' and used it frequently both day and night. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Benidorm and would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The location was fine , close to everything as for muggers alley i have no idea what people are talking about we used this alley every night on our way home and never had or heard of any trouble. Hotel staff were very pleasant, we were on the 25th floor and had a fantastis view, we also had air conditioning which was a blessing as it was 40c !! The kitchen had a kettle and toaster as well as a mini oven/grill and a fridge. The balcony's are a great size too

| said: I have been to this hotel before in October 2003 which I liked then, but this time it was a lot hotter, so when we got there they had been putting air conditioning which my mum dad's and my sister's and her family had in there room.
When it came to mine there were no air cond so I went to see the receptionist and she said they have not got round to finishing it yet so I asked if I could have a fan in which they replied with yes but you have to pay 1.50 euros a day for. I was angry as my family were getting free air cond and yet I was going to have to pay for a fan which was no use anyway because it blew hot air. Rather than pay them I went out and bought one myself.
My kid's were crying at night about the heat which made my holiday a misery, it was in the 30s to 40s. Just think that we all paid the same for our holiday and that they had air cond and yet I had to pay for a fan. Why could they at least not have given me the fan free of charge as I had 3 young children.
I wont be going back.

We didn't eat much there apart from the odd toastie but it was nice. The kitchen had everything you need to have a self catering holiday but if you are cooking beware it gets boiling because there was no air cond.
No entertainment but we weren't bothered as we were at the square every night.
The beach was only a ten minute walk away but loads of shops to keep you busy on your way.

| said: Very clean and tidy, TV's had Sky sports, Tiny Pops, Channel 5, and a couple of foreign channels. We did make use of it or to be precise my four year old watched Tiny pops whilst waiting for tea to be served.
The Bar was a bit expensive compared to the local bars with happy hours.
Our Bedroom overlooked the so called muggers alley, we neither heard or saw any problems, people used it as a shortcut at all times of the day. I was more offended by the typical over the top complaints of some of our fellow Brit guests, after contractors severed the water main leaving the upper floors without water all day.
We took up the offer to shower in the reception shower rooms, and went out for the day, but the comments of some guests towards the reception staff was childish, and sadly typical of some Brits abroad. They were the only thing ruining these very good apartments.
Although we did hire a car for the two weeks, and used them as a base more than a home. I would definately go back, but not for a few years we have done Benidorm to death after two visits.

| said: Before I start this review, I would just like to warn everybody that muggers alley is alive and kicking. I have just returned from 2 weeks and there were two attacks during this time. This is not hearsay as I could see the police and ambulance from the apartment.
Please do Not go to this area after dark.
Back to the review, overall I couldn't fault the first week here, great company, great fun, great place. The second week however was a different story.
When we booked we were told that these were family apartment's and as I said for the first week it was. Why they allow so many hen and stag party's I do not know, but the noise, the abuse, the arguing, the fighting etc just wasn't exceptable. Didn't spoil the holiday but it did make it less enjoyable.
A couple of gripes I would have is the fact you have to pay 1.5 euro for the sunbeds at the pool, and 50 cents to watch the television. Also there is no air con but fans are available...for a fee.
Overall, nice place to stay, just the luck of the draw when you go.

Overall the pool is fantastic and very clean, the rooms are very spacey and towel change was excellent!!!!!
The bar (paradise corner) was a pleasure to visit we found staff there brilliant especially JAMESSY who we made friends with and found nice straight away, he is a credit to the pariso 10!!! Why put on entertainment with enough to keep the kids happy all the time and friendly staff who will chat, this is all the entetainment you need!!
The muggers alley doesnt exisit it is quiet all the time and the three times we have stayed here I have never seen any body learking about. Infact the whole of my family used this as a short cut home every night, and considerin we have young children they were safe at all times!!
I would definatly reccommed this to others with or without children!!!
The whole of a family are gutted though that we cant return this year, however will be doing so next year!!
I rate this 10/10 it is a credit to benidorm :-)
Well done to every body responsible and a part of these appartments, you have done a brilliant job!!
Lastly I would just like say everybody getting stayin here and have the wonderful holiday that wehave experinced 3 times!!

| said: Very clean, kitchen was well appointed with fridge freezer, mini cooker, toaster, kettle, four beds [technically], big balcony. Two single beds and a sofa bed that split in two.
Only one real gripe...no airconditioning, it was boiling at night so we had to leave the patio doors open, very noisey[dependant on floor] mainly from the Caballo del Oro across the street and people who think the word England has three syllables.
Four lifts...two go to the odd numbered floors, two go to the even numbered floors and can be slow...stairs are an option..but if your on level 28???
Two pools a kiddies and a larger one for adults/teens, 1.50 euro per day for a sunbed,no pool bar.We paid £40 per room deposit[in case we trashed the room]It's 1.50 euro per day for the small security box in the room.
The attached bar [Paradise Corner] is cheap, but not as cheap as the Vistamar next door[happy hour],but the Paradise Corner staff make up for this in friendliness, all the staff at Paraiso ten are friendly and keen[Spanish and English alike] to help with information and practical advice about Benidorm.
We can't really fault Paraiso ten[bar no airconditioner] or the staff, but the location and noise[aircon would allow you to keep the bacony doors shut] detract from an otherwise excellent place.
N.B. Muggers alley is now having regular Policia Local patrols after 9pm.

| said: I heared many stories about these apartments but had to see for ourselves! And i must say they were fantastic!!!!!!
There was only two of us and the room was lovely a shame to be on the 21st floor though! Lifts were slow with odd and even lifts which i found amusing! The security of the place was great! Reception was lovely the bar was cheap and clean with sky on all the time open till 3am!
Phones in the hotel were the cheapest around to ring back home!
The rep barry was lovely and caring and did us a good offer on Aqualandia!
The apartment was a nice size for us to and the kitchen is basic but has all componets! The living area and dining area was reasonable with a coin operated t.v. The bedroom was nice with a built in wardrobe and to nice single beds! The bathroom had a toilet sink big mirror and shower and bath combi the shower was nice and powerfull but after a certain time of day not much hot water came out but with the heat of 35-40c it didnt bother us. In the hallway room there was a big mirror with loads of sockets some already had electric convertors in! The balconey was massive with a patio table and chairs and a line to pull out for your wet towels etc!
Maid service was good and we had her three times in eleven days with fresh towels and toilet roll and clean sheets which was a bonus!
Overall fantastic apartments pool was clean and fresh and didnt have to much chlorine in with a good size kids pool and showers to wash off! It was 3 euros to hire out a sun lounger but we just kept to the grass and under the palm trees! Otherwise it was amazing!
Definetly go back next year a huge thumbs up and for a three star was amazing more like 4 star!

| said: We have stayed here 3 times. I think it's great. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The apartments are very clean and comfy. Living room is big enough for 3 and well furnished. Bedrooms, nice size and comfy with plenty storage space. Cleaning service was good - towels changed every 2 days.
It's a bit far from the beach but walking is great exercise.
The staff are fantastic especially Maria. We had a problem with the apartment last year which was sorted immediately.
I never used the bar so can't comment. The balcony is massive! I love to sit there with a drink and see Benidorm all lit up.
I`m going back in November and can't wait!

Very basic accommodation, One Bedroom apartment very small and in need of upgrade. We spent one day at the pool, which is shared with a neighbouring apartment block, pool itself was clean but surrounds very poor, even the dead rat on the grass didn't look out of place!
Will never be back, overall bad experience

| said: Beware of muggers alley along side the apartments. The English receptionist couldnt have been any more helpful. The apartments have large balconys, but the lifts can be a little unpredictable at times. All the cook wear was clean as was the apartment and stairways.

| said: My husband and I loved the apartments and found them to be very clean with everything you needed, and the pool area was always clean.
The large bar area was great for when you headed back to the apts after a night out as it was always opened late. Never had any noise and we were on the first floor.
Staff were very friendly.
All in all a great holiday and would go back to Apts again.

We all found the apartments to be very clean and in a good location. We had an 11mth old baby with us and had no problems at all. We were on the 1st floor but didn't get any noise from the bar area at all.
There was a big bar area with pool tables and machines for kids to play with.
The pool area was great, spent most of the 10 days at the baby pool which we always found to be very clean. Had no problems with the staff, there was a Scottish Barman at the time, and he was very friendly.
Would definitely go back to the apartments.
