| said: We booked this holiday last minute with Direct Holidays and after reading reviews on this site and others we were preparing orselves for a not very nice hotel. However, we were pleasantly surprised.
The entrance to the hotel itself was a bit weird, it was like entering a big toilet and you had to go upstairs to reception.
The hotel, itself was spotless as wwas our room, cleaned everyday with fresh towels.
The food was always plentiful and hot, we used the smaller dining area, down a few steps and it was not as busy as the main restaurant.
The location of the hotel was near to the old town, it was quite a walk to the main square but that really was not a problem.
The hotel staff were okay, reception staff were a bit grumpy but that was not a worry.
Entertainment was normal for a Spanish hotel, pretty poor but we went out most nights so were not too bothered.
All in all we enjoyed our holiday.

The rooms were nice, had some English channels on TV. The hotel meals were not that nice, not much to choose from, you could only get snacks at certain times, not good if you had children as there is only ice-cream at your evening meal. Not recommend for the lively people ha ha.

The food was great hot fresh lovely, did a large selection of foods sea food steak chips potatoes you name it they had it three course meal not only for dinner breakfast and lunch also we came home heavier than we went. We traveled with 2 kids and 2 grandparents they also loved it. The pool was very busy so we usually pool people but because it was busy we where forced out to the beach and had an even better time made our holiday watching the kids make sand castles and running up and down to the sea paddling about there were never bored the weather was great blue skys everyday. We are going back this year it was so good and we never go back to the same place twice all the 12 years weve been going to spain. Value for money i dont think you could get a better deal even granparents thought so.It was in the middle of everything near the beach and theme parks the beach was a pleasent walk allowing you to soak up the atmosphere of the place alot of spanish french not your usual all english or irish which was a plus point.More for families quite location no loud pubs etc.. Staff were great very good with children, not a bad word to say about the place.

| said: Visited Benidorm for the first time at Easter 2007 and stayed in Fiesta Park. Hotel situated in Old Town, not far from beach and with plenty of bars and cafes around. Within walking distance to New town - around 20 minutes through some lovely shops. Hotel caters mainly for Spanish. We were disappointed in the food. Although the quality was reasonable, the choice did not suit us. There was lots of seafood, virtually no pasta and nothing really to tempt children (except chips which were horrible). I was surprised that there was often no fresh fruit out at dinner and there was never any ice cream. At breakfast there was the usual 'continental' choice, crusty bread, meat, cheese but the attempts at 'english breakfast' were poor. The butter was terrible so this meant the kids couldn't even have toast until we bought our own butter and took it in with us.
The staff were polite enough when we asked anything but no-one really went out their way to make conversation. One guy on reception was quite helpful and spoke whenever we passed. The hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. Beds changed twice during the week.
Heated indoor pool not very heated. Quite small but the children were just glad to get swimming as the weather was poor at Easter and we couldn't get to the outdoor pool or the sea.
The entertainment again was aimed at the Spanish. Music started at 8.30 pm and the shows at 10.30 pm lasting until only 11 / 11.10pm ! Shows were reasonable but didn't last long and were all very similar. After the shows, the Spanish couples danced to more Spanish music until about 11.45 pm and that was it. Drinks were reasonably priced in the bar if you stuck to beers - spirits like Southern Comfort were a fortune !
We had hired a car but had to park it on waste ground near the hotel as the hotel car park cost 10 euros each day to park in !
I would not visit this hotel again - there are so many hotels in Benidorm that if I went back, I would try somewhere else.

| said: We stayed at the Fiesta Park Hotel with a group of 150 French accordionist fans, booked through a French travel agent. All inclusive.
Cleanliness cannot find any faults.
Arrived at hotel with above group at 10.00 had to wait until 12 noon for room.
Food is Spanish, this hotel caters for vast numbers of Spanish people, but it was tasty and lots of choice, hot plates for food positioned by hot food counter. There are big differences in the way, the Brits, French and Spanish eat their meals, we loved the roast beef cooked English style the French disliked it totally. Deserts in Spain are a little bland, but my husband adored the coffee flavoured angel delight, the other flavours came close.
The staff thought we were strange, English, but on holiday with a French group, however we tried to speak some Spanish when requesting drinks or information and had smiles and the majority of staff were very nice, helpful and replied either in French or English.
Entertainment: disco strange but at end of evening dancing with the Spanish ladies, a few battles French:Spanish over chairs near the dance floor as we were supposed to have our accordionist play 3 evenings for dancing, but 1st evening the Spanish walked out and complained to management that it was too loud and too fast. However a diplomatic solution was reached neither side fully satisfied 3/4 hr disco, 3/4 hour accordion throughout the evening. Heyho a truce was negotiated but the battle of the chairs was intense and stupid. We saw two other acts after the disco, not memorable.
Yes we would stay at this hotel again, but not all inclusive, like to eat out and go on visits here and there.

The main pool was being repaired while we where there so can’t comment on that, but the smaller (heated) one on the 5th floor was fine for our use.
Rooms cleaned daily, towels changed if left in the bath.
Food was nice, selection good, times 8-10 breakfast, 1 -3 lunch, 7-9 dinner. On all inclusive there was snacks available in between, burgers etc.
Saw someone say it’s on a hill and would not suit older guests, I would not agree, it’s more a rise that a hill, shouldn’t be an issue for anybody.
15 minutes from the old town and the Leavante beach.
Would recommend, would go again. Was surprised as it was cheap!

Food - there is a small selection of english dishes and cannot fault it.
Location - in the old town you will need to travel in to the town centre for more entertainment. The hotel entertainment geared towards the Spanish and older people.
Pool cleaned daily, plenty of sun loungers will get hot in the pool area at mid day and I do mean hot!
If you are thinking of going in June at any time think coz they dont put on the air conditioning and the rooms will be uncomfoable other than that, enjoy your stay here.
Will I go back ? No benidorm it,s self is not what Iexpected it was a let down

| said: The Fiesta Park is an excellent hotel.
Ok lets start with the minor issues.
Food isnt great but was eatable.
The entertainment is aimed at the Spanish and the Spanish only, however it didnt start till 22-30 so there was plenty of time for a drink and to chill out to some English tunes (if thats what you want)
Drinks are cheap as are snacks, the internet cafe is brilliant vale at 1 Euro for 30 mins.
There are 3 Lifts in total but these do get hammered at meal times and when the cleaners use them in the mornings.
The rooms are large enough with only a lack of draw space something that needs to be commented on, The rooms are "cleaned" every day.
The look of the hotel is stunning as you enter into a marble hallway, through into a glass lift that takes you to the reception, i am quite suprized that its only a 3*
There is a "heated" pool on the 5th floor (yellow lift) however it is only heated due to the fact its in a consevatory, on day one it was raining, as there was no sun there was nothing to heat the "heated" pool.
Be FIRM with the Spanish as they will steal your chairs, pull you out of the way and que jump if you dont (feel free to email me for full details)
All in all "Fiesta Park Hotel" 8.5 out of 10.

Our room was cleaned every other day. The hotel was quite nice but the majority staying there were elderley Spanish although that may have been due to the fact it was March, the hotel is on a steep hill no good for any one with a disability.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, there was always enough food to choose from, it was as good as you would get in any 3 star accommodation, as this hotels caters for mostly Spanish guests (I think we were the only two British) staying there this was not a problem for us.
The staff speak very little English at all but we found the bar staff very friendly even with the language barrier. There was entertainment on each night which was very good, line dancing classes in the afternoon which we tried and laughed over. We loved this hotel and would certainly go again, if it is a quiet break you are looking then look no further.
I would recommend this hotel as long as you are not looking for a young and lively.

Rrooms were tidied daily with new towels but sand from our first day there still in our bed the last day. A long walk into new Benidorm where all the english entertainment was as there was none here only Spanish entertainment for a Spanish hotel.
Reports of food poisoning ,fungi in mouth from pool health visitors out examining hotel but to be honest I never saw it but wouldnt suprise me childrens end of pool 3ft deep so be careful with little ones. Child rep couldnt speak English.
I've been to many hotels but to be honest this is probably the worst. Oh sorry forgot to mention your nice view could be a boiler house from your room.

Food adequate but nothing spectacular, very limited for children and very repetative. Mainly aimed at spanish guests.
Hotel located in the quieter end of Benidorm and a good 30 minute walk from lively entertainment. This was highlighted by the number of times we had to go elsewhere to find entertainment as this hotel is aimed at spanish people and not anybody else (there are only so many spanish dancers you can watch!!!)
The hotel staff were polite and friendly in general.
We would not visit this hotel again as we feel the english holiday maker is not catered for at all, not sure why it is advertised in english holiday brochures.

Rooms cleaned every day but only a cat lick. Clean towels every day. Under beds never got swept.
Location of the hotel not very good right at the back of the old town about a 45 minute walk to new town a taxi a must when coming back at night didn't feel that it was safe to walk back.
Hotel staff very rude lot's of Spanish and French in this hotel catered only for them in every thing. Entertainment at night for Spanish didn't announce anything in English day time childrens rep only rounded up spanish childre to join in activities.
Pool looked clean but when you went down to the bottom it was dirty. I have never in all my years of travelling abroad been in a hotel with hospitality as diabolical as this one!

Food repetitive not really good for children and cold a lot of times resulting in eating out a lot even though half board.
The location is at the end of old Benidorm away from the beaten track and taxis a must at least 30 - 40 min to new Benidorm.
The staff were friendly but the entertainment catered for mainly Spanish guests and locals.
Children's entertainment was nearly nil not a lot for families with especially younger children.

The food left a lot to be desired - some days were good other days were very poor. We did eat out quite a lot even though we were half board as there wasn't much for the kids (first night veal for the kids). Also the restaurant doesn't open until 7.30pm each night which we felt was too late really.
The entertainment was ok but the music was aimed mainly at the Spanish and there were a lot of those in the hotel.
I would go again to this hotel but on a room only basis.
It is a good half hour walk to the Levante area of Benidorm.

Family rooms are at the back of the hotel and can be a bit noisy other than that they are quite suitable for 3/4 people. Beach is ten minute walk away and if you want to venture to the new town it is around 30 minutes away.
Hotel public areas kept clean and the outdoor pool looks clean ther is another on the roof which is heated very good in january.
All in all you get what you pay for and this hotel is quite reasonable for the price

| said: Fiesta Park in Benidorm old town. We knew location as we have visited Benidorm often and realised it was not near the usual pubs and clubs area. But the old town area is well worth exploring.
On the whole the hotel was satisfactory, used the roof terrace which was small, the terrace pool was dirty, room was small but adequate, as you don't visit spain to stay in room. Kept clean.
Reception and bar staff were polite and service was o.k. Drinks were good and price was on a par with other hotels.
The dining room was large, kept clean although there did seem to be a staff shortage as tables were not cleared as quickly as they could have been.
The food, what choice there was, was edible, although some of the cold food seemed to be approaching its sell by date rapidly, but the choice was limited compared to the other hotels (3 star) that we have stayed at in benidorm, most meat was on the bone, all the pizzas were fish based & children were not catered for at all.
Most evening meals we took something just to have a meal, not to enjoy. If we had been longer than a week we would have been eating out.
We have stayed in smaller (2 star) hotels in Benidorm which had better & more varied menus than the Fiesta Park

We have two children aged 12 and 13 and they enjoyed the music. (both study Spanish at school). The kids entertainers Rachel and Alicia are great but the old DJ Pillar is rubbish and I can understand were the complaints are coming from. Food was very good and the rooms are cleaned every day by very friendly maids. To sum up if you want loads of brits then go to Blackpool if you want a good sunny Spanish summer holiday then you could do a lot worse than the Fiesta Park.

| said: This holiday really was a disappointment. From what we had read in the brochures it was saying all this lovely stuff about 'Fiesta Park' but sadly I'm not going to be doing that today. I'm going to tell the truth.
After asking for a room overlooking the pool as our friends were, the staff gave us a key and said it was a pool view. We walked to our room, went on the balcony and found out our pool, was the ceiling of the disco room, no, that’s where I'm wrong, in actual fact the staff had not given us what we asked for, and still our friends got the pool viewed rooms. We asked to be moved and our requests were not granted. Also as we had a family of four, we were given probably the smallest room in the hotel, all the beds were squeezed into one room.
As I am saying all this bad stuff and giving this hotel not a very good name. I will have to say the entertainment for the kids was okay, they were amazed by the magician.
But back to the bad stuff again, sorry! The pool was said to be clean and very fresh. Not only was it full with a few dead cockroaches but was also a sea water pool, not very good for the kids as one is only 4 and the other 7.
Wouldn't recommend this holiday to you. Sorry!
